Another bunch of time wasters

Was scheduled for a ‘meeting’ and after receiving over 10 automated annoying emails saying ‘I cannot wait for our meeting’, the sales agent decided not to even contact and did not let me know he would not be attending the meeting. Completely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for my time.

Baskin Robins Huntley Il Went in on Mother’s Day evening to get banana splits and first it took forever to get anyone to address us ( no other customers were there) Once a girl came we asked for banana splits to be made. She paused then said we can’t make those. We could see very clearly that all of the ingredients were right behind her… so we surmised that she just didn’t want it want to make them so we walked out. Squarespace has become more rigid over time; particularly with 7.1 sites. Ultimately, you have to be 100% satisfied with the defaults or you are completely without a paddle. Makes it a difficult choice for sites that requires some extensibility. Their support is quite poor. Their cookie-cutter approach may make things simple, but you have to ask yourself; "is it worth locking myself in". IMO - the answer is 'no'.

agreeing with many others. You absolutely CANNOT TRUST Glassdoor reviews. They removed honest negative reviews without any warning, and left all the positive reviews for toxic employers. I won't be surprised if these employers are paying money for Glassdoor to do so.

SCAM ARTISTS!

SCAM ARTISTS!! Any reviews saying anything good are because they've never had an issue that requires customer service. I bought a theme, built entire website around it. The author pulls the theme down after only being up 1 year and no further updates given. The author and theme are gone from Envato. And now the theme is not working correctly because it needs an update. They're website states all purchases come with free updates. They're customer service is some guy named Juan who literally uses a blanketed response to every email. They say it's resolved but then go on to tell you that they can't give a refund. So you can buy a product and it can just stop getting updates ay anytime and you're stuck with a broken product. Their emails even stated if the item was broken or not working they would give a refund.. After showing screenshots of it not working and showing them on their own website that they say they will give refunds for non working products and they still wont give a refund. It's one of the only marketplaces for themes, they have a monopoly. Good luck if you have ANY type of issue with your purchase. Cause customer service will find every way in the book to not refund you. And even when you show proof and screenshots they will just ignore you.. cause really, who's gonna sue over a $60 theme right? It's the fact we built an entire website around the theme.. 100+ hours in the building of the site and thousands later and now we have to get a new theme.

I want to report a broken ad in my game apps on my Android phone there are so many glitches on my phone before the ad starts and after the ad ends my screen goes blank can't do anything for like 10 seconds and then after your ad's done I can't do anything for another 20 seconds' then trying to get out of that ad it's nearly impossible get out of your ad it takes me anywhere from 5 to 20 times to exit and sometime it's so hard to get out of my game is closed and I have to restart my game And on top of the ad is shown way too much just gets Frustrating Doordash needs to fix this broken app I am tired of it I hope we can get this resolved I'm sending screenshot I took of annoying ad that is broken thank you

…SUPPORT TEAM INSTRUCTIONS GIVE RESULTS TO YOUR SATISFACTION - EVERY TIME!

I called Bitdefender SUPPORT because the Mobile Security App Was NOT SCANNING Connections. Not because of something on BITDEFENDER’s end, but what was happening to my phone on my end. It caused the Mobile Security to NOT WORK PROPERLY. The SUPPORT TEAM RECOMMENDED for me to get the Mobile Security APP Uninstalled , then on the BITDEFENDER CENTRAL APP to delete the device in question, and then REINSTALL THE MOBILE SECURITY APP, not forgetting to include ALL PERMISSIONS! I did EXACTLY as I was instructed AND it WORKED! I got my SCANNED CONNECTIONS BACK on BOTH my PHONES in question! I’ve been with BITDEFENDER since Spring of 2022. I’ve not been disappointed and trust to continue with their EXCELLENT platform for a LONG time ! It IS A PLEASURE doing business with them. They are worth EVERY PENNEY!

Resolution via American Express Disputes

Ordered £561 worth of clothes online for my daughter. She didn't like them. Completed returns information and this was accepted 2nd June and I was advised in an email a courier would be sent to collect and that I'd be emailed a return label. No label was ever received and the courier never turned up. I tried contacting Zara help via their chats on Facebook; instagram; and X and nothing was ever resolved despite them saying it was exscalated and to wait 48 hours. I literally wasted hours doing this almost every day. They previously had an issue with my address and kept mistaking Jersey (UK) for Jersey, USA and they couldn't quite get their heads around this. In the end I raised a dispute with American Express explaining the situation and they credited my account almost immediately and closed the dispute. I suggest you all do the same if possible. Zara clearly don't care about customer service and the fact that you can no longer speak with a human on the phone or email your case and you have to rely on chats that then cut out or don't have enough characters for you type proves this.

i have been charge in every 21~23 each months; as i just decided to cancel my support on the 19 of AUG, however, which means the payment i have done suppose to cover the content for next 3~4 days, but this website , just locked all the content i have supported immediately as long as i concealed my support, its a very very very bad customer service and poor design; i will never ever visit any artist support release from this place again and not recommend any one to buy this!! very bad choice

Bad Experience - will never order from these people again. Horrible CS. Years ago NewEgg was great to order from. The CS reps I dealt with recently in chat did nothing to resolve a minor issue. At times I felt like they didn't fully comprehend simple grammar or were not paying attention to what was being conveyed. Don't waste your time with these people. Order from Amazon or other sellers that actually value their customers. Also NewEgg policies are horrible with returns and restocking fees. As far as pricing - they aren't that good anymore. It is obvious that NewEgg doesn't bother to look at these reviews.

LIES, DECEIT AND INCOMPETENCE!

Why can’t you rate a negative number? Lenovo customer service doesn't deserve even a 1. My laptop, still under warranty, has spent more time at Lenovo than with me since February. Each return came back with the same unresolved issue. In April, they promised a new computer if the repair failed again. Instead, they sent it to their "elite" repair group, which proved just as incompetent. The laptop came back, still broken, with yet another empty promise of a new computer from a "supervisor." Last week, they claimed to ship the "fixed" computer overnight, but the tracking shows only a label created on June 5th, with no progress since. Avoid Lenovo at all costs! Their customer service is deceitful and utterly worthless.
