Why can’t you rate a negative number? Lenovo customer service doesn't deserve even a 1. My laptop, still under warranty, has spent more time at Lenovo than with me since February. Each return came back with the same unresolved issue. In April, they promised a new computer if the repair failed again. Instead, they sent it to their "elite" repair group, which proved just as incompetent. The laptop came back, still broken, with yet another empty promise of a new computer from a "supervisor." Last week, they claimed to ship the "fixed" computer overnight, but the tracking shows only a label created on June 5th, with no progress since. Avoid Lenovo at all costs! Their customer service is deceitful and utterly worthless.
