Review of eventbrite
This app is great if everything goes right. If anything goes wrong don't expect any help or support. They purposely hide their customer support line. If you do reach them they will push all responsibility onto the event organizer. Even if it is easier for them to provide a solution. Terrible service.

Review of hootsuite
Just going to echo the same complaint as most others recently. An astonomical price increase (390%) after being on a legacy plan. Only one very unclear email communication about upcoming price changes and then a large unexpected bank account debit 4 months later with zero warning or any invoices. Finally raised the invoice after i complained and backdated it to the debit date. Their customer support is horribly unresponsive - had to chase answers every time (6 weeks going and still no satisfactory resolution). Can't delete my payment card on file with them. Ended the subscription, but per their terms i am not entitled to any kind of pro-rated refund on the months remaining. There are a lot of other companies to choose from, Hootsuite is no longer offering an even close to competative price - so i suggest shopping around for a better company to do business with.

Review of aaa
I’ve had AAA for probably 20 years and have used them about 3 times in the past. A couple times when my vehicle was disabled at home (battery issues mainly) and once on the road (stuck in some sand off the road). Today, was the first time that I could say I was stranded in a semi-rural area with a flat tire after my vehicle struck something unavoidably in the roadway. My wife immediately requested assistance from AAA and the issues began. It took about 45 minutes to get the first response from AAA that we were in que. Ummm, what does that mean? So my wife called and she was told we were in que but they have not been able to dispatch someone to our location but would be notified when someone is dispatched. Well, 3 hours passed, and a couple more calls to AAA followed each time with no better ETA or when someone would be coming. Then mentioned something about an alternative option being someone could come and stand by with our vehicle and we could leave. What? What kind of option is that? Thankfully, I had enough sense to research other roadside assistance companies in the area and was able to get them there in 45 minutes and they fixed the issue. Mind you still no response from AAA. As of now, I’m still waiting for an ETA 6 hours later. Are you kidding me? The area I was in was Orlando outskirts in proximity to a populated area but was stranded on a side road that was not so populated. I can tell you for sure that I will be cancelling my membership with AAA and ensure I will never sign up with them again as I will find another company to utilize that is dependable and communicates well with their customers. What a waste of money they have been and cannot rely on them when you are stranded and really need help. I will also be demanding a complete refund of my annual dues based on this experience as well and inform everyone I know to not waste their money. My past experiences were fine as I was at home or had many options available to me but utilized them because I paid for the membership. It appears AAA has many customer service issues based on all the reviews with only a 1.5 star review average so that tells you a lot and I should have considered those but I’ve been a long-time member but won’t be any longer. It was terrible to watch my wife have an anxiety attack (which she never does) wondering what we were going to do and concerned about the potential hazards and safety issues we would face being on the side of the road in a rural area without any help. I had a jack, I had the tools to fix the issue, but the point is, I pay AAA to respond to issues such as this and they didn’t. I was in a difficult position on the side of the road which was not conducive to remedy the situation with the equipment I had not to mention ground instability issues as well.
Review of thomann
Great reputation and service/contact center. Good quality product at reasonable prices Unfortunatelly UPS delivery service was bad. Multiple (5x) delays and changes to the delivery date. When finally delivered, the box was highly damaged and wet, the Combo sound box was damaged and some missing items.Thomann has a very good contact center and fast communication process. After explaining my case the service team offered a solution and delivered quickly the replacement product. Clearly they know what customer satisfaction is and know how to regain their customer trust even when the initial problem was not caused by them directly.

Review of samsung
If i can save one family from making a bad purchase my time and efforts will be worth it!! I bought a Samsung refrigerator RF220NCTASR in 2020 from Home Depot, the fridge seemed fine until I noticed little rips on rubber flaps that are on each of the French doors. The flaps are ripping off for no apparent reason. I contacted Samsung in and unfortunately there’s no warranty, however i do not accept this as its not damage caused by me but rather that the flaps over lap and are in contact with the flaps from the other door and each time the door is opened they slide off one another creating friction and ultimately ripping the flaps. Samsung home appliance service connected to Home Depot determined that this is “physical damage” which i agree with but it’s done by simply opening and closing the door. Samsung will do absolutely nothing about it nor will they own up to their poor design and workmanship. This was the very last samsung product that i will ever purchase. My decision to never purchase Samsung again comes from my experience with my fridge but also a clothes washing machine who’s motor nearly set my laundry room /house on fire. The motor was caught on fire and filled my house with awful smoke which created panics and stress, and ultimately a purchase of a new washing machine when i wasn’t expecting or prepared to buy a new appliance. I am so very disappointed, i was looking for someone to help me get the door seal rubber that has the flaps in question replaced. The damage is due to poor design, and workmanship. The reps i spoke with did not even attempt to help resolve this issue and expect the consumer to pay for repairs of badly made and designed products. I highly recommend choosing a different brand to save your money and nerves. Samsung appliances do not live up to the expectation or the price paid expecting a long lasting product.

There is no customer support. You can only talk with bot. Booking lessons and stopping subscription system is not working well. I stopped my subscription with one tutor and its was resubscribed automatically anyway after that. There is no option to discuss it with customer support.

Parallels desktop is great for those who are dedicated to Apple computers. It gives me the ability to run any Windows applications without having to buy a Windows machine. I highly recommend Parallels... It is much faster than you would think, and provides a seamless integration with Apple and Windows apps! Keep up the great work!

Just had ZAR0.00 taken from my account listed as Braintreecharge (obviously a test by scammers). 2 large amounts was then put through by a company called Evolution Ideas. Fortunately my bank picked it up in time. I cancelled my card

This post is about Wilson’s Appliance RepairI would not recommend anyone use this company for any kind of repairs. My home warranty company sent this company to my house to repair my dishwasher. Their technician was Winston. On his second visit he begins the repair and he cut my water pipe. Water instantly flooded my hardwood floor. He called another company to come and dry the hardwood. They ripped up the baseboard and shoe molding and started the drying process. Their fans had to tun for 3 days at my expense. That was in September. It is now December and the job still is not complete. Mr. Wilson will not answer my calls nor will he respond to any of my messages. He will not pay the company they sent out to dry the floor so they will not finish the job. Do not waste your time with Wilson’s Appliance. they will be your worst nightmare.
