Why do I pay to upgrade my seating position so I can enter and exit the flight sooner only to have people from the back shove their way to the front when it’s time to disembark. I’ve flown on a Mexican Airline Volaris where the Captain announces that there is an order to exiting a plane and it’s done by rows!!! He makes everyone remain seated until their turn. People have zero consideration anymore and are treating planes like greyhound buses. There is no flight etiquette. Passengers need to be told!!! Southwest just allows rude passengers to charge from the back to front. It’s so annoying!

My experience with HubSpot’s cancellation process has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was initially drawn to HubSpot’s Entrepreneur Program, which offered reduced costs for early-stage companies. But after a year, they increase their rates. I tried to cancel just a day or two after the renewal. But I was told that I was locked into a one-year contract, far beyond what I had been paying in the entrepreneur program, and that I could not cancel. For a company that claims to empower businesses, this approach feels exploitative. Locking companies into expensive, inflexible contracts when they’re facing challenges is not only unfair but also tone-deaf to the realities of entrepreneurship. Please run. There are far better options out there.

This company constantly encourages users to upgrade, so I did. Unfortunately, I've never been able to use the product I purchased, which is an image optimizer plugin. After following the download instructions and installing the plugin, it didn’t work. I tried twice, but still no success.I reached out to their customer support via chat, and the experience was terrible. Their support team lacks follow-up and follow-through. The technical guide they provide is over 10+ pages long, requiring customers to set up temporary access. When I asked the support agent to wait while I worked through the process, they disconnected the chat. To make matters worse, every time you open a support chat, it creates a new ticket, but there’s no follow-up on them. Additionally, the chat window is static, making it impossible to move it around to navigate other areas during the support process.Based on their unprofessional and ineffective technical support, I cannot recommend this company. I haven’t been able to use the product since purchasing the upgrade, so I can’t even rate its functionality.

My husband ordered a laptop computer and a docking station that he was told would work together by a Dell customer representative. After he received it and couldn’t get it to work he called customer service. They told him there is no docking station that will work with that computer. He is so mad! We will not order from Dell again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I bought a very expensive PC from Alienware and before purchasing the sales person told me you have a 30 day full refund policy and if you dont like the PC you can send it back for a full refund. Assured me i have nothing to worry about.The PC came with multiple technical issues. I had 2 blue screen crashes withing a few days and performance was horrible. So i went online to create a refund request and the ONLY way the website lets you proceed is by checking a checkbox that say we MAY charge you 15% restocking fee (if you dont check this you wont be able to move forward so its forced). I checked it because i had only owne the PC for maybe 5-6 days and given the issues and the initial assurance from the sales person i had no worries. I sent the request and sure enough they approved the return BUT WITH A 15% RESTOCKING FEE! Furious i contacted the technical team and they confirmed my issues and sai they will document everything so that the next day when customer srvice is open they can refund me completely. Next day i call them and the new customer help person says there is NO DOCUMENTATION from the IT girl and she never ever recorded that i called. luciky i had RECORDER our entire conversation because i had heard weird things about Dell. The new person was nice and got me a full refund approval and sent me an email. So using the Purolator tag in that email i sent my PC back and sure enough Dell STOLE the 15% and only refunded me 85% despite me having an email for a FULL REFUND APPROVAL.Since then i have spent 6 days on the phone and emails even from my vacation to get my 15% back and all theyve done is just pass me around.DELL has a HORRIBLE customer serive(with a few exceptions). All of their customer care is in India and 75% of the time i have a hard time even understanding what they're saying. They all sound polite on the phone but most of them couldnt care less. There is ZERO continuinty between what one agent tells you and the next! This was my FIRST and guaranteed LAST time purchasing a Dell product! go with a company that has their customer care IN YOUR COUNTRY or region at least!!The last person who helped me and send me the full refund approval is the only person who is acting responsible and called me back otherwise it's a mess over there!!! It's loud when you call. So much noise in the BG and voice over voice. The audio quality (maybe headsets) is horrible and the accents are so thick you can barely sometimes understand them.Imaging spending ~$5000 and being treated like this!!!

Spammers.I accidentally clicked on a link & was signed up by Google. As a result got constant unsolicited spam even though I clicked on their usubscribe a number a times. Reported to their customer service & was ignored.A truly scummy organisation Even after closing my account, apparently a duplicate one replaced it, they're like the Hotel California.
