Horrible site, it is infested with cheaters, chess.com does nothing against it. they may say they are banning cheaters but they are lying scum. btw customer service is also horribleif you want to play chess go to lichess. is lichess perfect? hell no, but the community is not as toxic and a 1000 times better than the shitshow of chess.com
