This is beyond frustrating and feels like a complete scam.The worst part? You can’t even get ahold of anyone to fix the issue. Their so-called "customer support" is a joke—you’re stuck in an endless loop of automated responses and zero actual help. I tried everything to stop the charges, but nothing worked. After a month of dealing with their customer service, my wife ended up disappointed. We've been using UNIQLO for years without any issues, but a few months ago, my wife returned one of her orders (containing 11 items), and only received a refund for 9 items. Despite our efforts to resolve the matter with their customer service, they insisted that only 9 items were received out of the 11 sent, even though all items were in the same package. No support or assistance was provided, and no refund was issued for the missing items. They claimed there was nothing more they could do, and further contact was not possible. The customer service experience fell below UK trading standards. After reading other reviews on TrustPilot, it seems we are not alone, as many other customers have experienced similar losses. We incurred an £80 loss this time, and as a result, this was our last order from UNIQLO. We will not be using their services again. AWAY AT ANY COST!

Bought several themes from Envato.On one of my emails/accounts, they banned it for no reason (terrorism reason? lol what a joke) now I can't get any theme support for my theme I bought in 2019!I've sent them messages and they never respond. Please look elsewhere to buy a theme as this is shady business practice.

Since then I have had adverts and have been knocked off as soon as I made a few mistakes as before I had paid the subscription. So I not happy that I haven’t received the whole year and can’t work out how to complain on the app. Any ideas anyone?

Zara Freehold associate was completely rude and unprofessional, after a $150 purchase at the self check out I did not get a receipt, it never printed out nor could I remove hard tags from the items. This girl associate came over and I explained what happened and she looks me dead in the face and was like well did you buy these items? As if I was a thief, I was so taking back, I said yes of course I did and than she tells me I need to look up my bank charges to see if I paid.She than turns around and walked away😡 I then called a manager to help me. The entire situation was crazy! He starts saying there’s no way to print out receipts unless he closed the register which he kindly did to help me out. Me the customer is standing there after her purchase with no way to get a receipt and this little punk kid telling me in front of my child I didn’t pay!! I was so angry. The level of ignorance this girl had, I just don’t understand how people like that work in retail. Beware of the Freehold Zara especially if you decide to use the self checkout!

I have been trying to get a refund for a missing item for 3 weeks. You get through to an online agent. Can't speak to anyone. They keep saying they are reviewing your case. Nothing. I've tried to contact them endlessly. I spend a lot of money with Zara but try to resolve refunds for parcels they have failed to send out and you are ignored. Love the clothes Zara, I do not however love your customer service. It's dire and dishonest.
