ADIDAS CUSTOMER SERVICE IF FULL OF RUDE INCLUDING THE SUPERVISORS AND MANAGEMENT!!!! I MADE A ORDER BACK IN JULY 2024 I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!! SO I HAVE TO WAIT TWO MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! SO THEY GAVE ME A GIFT CARD AS A GOODWILL GESTURE!!!! SO I USED THE GIFT CARD A MONTH LATER!!!! BUT THE ITEMS WAS SOLD OUT AND THEY HAD TO REFUND ME THE 85 DOLLARS BACK TO THE GIFT CARD!!!! FAST FORWARD TO APRIL I WENT ON MY ACCOUNT TO USE THE GIFT CARD AND MAKE A ORDER FOR A PAIR OF SHOES I WANT THE GIFT CARD IS NO LONGER THERE AND WHEN I CALL IN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ACT LIKE THEY'VE SENT ME THE GIFT CARD SO MANY TIMES THAT THEY CAN'T SEND IT TO ME ANYMORE AND WHEN I ASK THEM TO JUST GIVE ME THE CARD NUMBER AND PIN NUMBER THEY SAY WE'RE GOING ON CIRCLES AND HANG UP!!!! I ADVISE NOT TO ORDER ONLINE FROM ADIDAS PERSONALLY AND DO 3RD PARTY OR IN STORE CAUSE THEY ARE TRASHY WITH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT TEAM AND VERY RUDE
