Bought my son a gaming laptop for Christmas, which cost me over $1000. After 4 months the laptop would not hold a charge so I was advised by their customer service to send it in because it was still under warranty. NOW THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS!! Asus received the laptop 5/14 and was told it was in the process of being repaired. On June 3rd, Asus sent me an email with a pic showing damage to my laptop. IT WASN'T DAMAGED WHEN WE SENT IT IN!! PLUS...It didn't even look like my laptop. Of course ASUS charged me for the damage and wouldn't return my laptop until I paid for it. I asked for more pics for the damage and never received them. Being frustrated, I just paid the fee so that my son could get his laptop back. Still waiting, I received this email on June 28th ( Your product is currently waiting on materials/parts to proceed with repairs. These items have been ordered, and repairs will resume once the materials/parts have been received.) ITS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS!! On July 13th, I received another email stating(Unfortunately, your payment made through Paypal for your repair quotation was not able to be processed due to an error with the transaction. Please resubmit your payment at your earliest convenience. Once the transaction has been processed, we will resume the repair of your unit. If you have any questions, please reach back out to us.) ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? So I had to resubmit a payment for damage I DIDN'T DO!! Today is July 21st and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY LAPTOP!! Excuse after excuse. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ASUS PRODUCTS!! A FREAKIN RIPOFF!!

To many bugs in the software, and they are to large a company to care about fixing them. Due to a code error $20,307 in membership time was given away to our customers. (from one of our lacations!) Once we identifed the bug, we were told it was fixed, but it was not, and still is not. If you have multiple famliy members enrolled, be careful. If you freeze one of thier membership for a period, it adds that freeze period to all the family members, not just the one member.

Placed my order before Christmas, wasn’t expecting it before. The 1st delivery failed, so we aren’t happy, we tried to speak to one of the team at the call centre who put the phone down on us. We rearranged this via chat in the end, and the second delivery also failed, we’ve made an official complaint with no response as well as rearranging the 3rd time for a delivery, which also didn’t turn up! Really disappointment with the service from IKEA, we’re all just numbers I know but it’s not hard to deliver an order.

Every time I look at my truck I smile.My truck had a dent in the door. I called several collision experts asking for an appointment for an estimate to fix/repair/replace the truck's dented door. Every top rated shop I called gave me an appointment for two weeks or a month in the future, until I called JC Auto Body. I called JC Auto Body on a Wednesday before noon. I asked if I could bring in my truck for an estimate during my lunch hour. The representative said yes. I arrived at 12:15. The estimate was completed at 12:30. I called my insurance company. They asked how soon could the shop begin the work. I asked the representative and the representative said the following Tuesday. I dropped off my vehicle the following Monday. Saturday morning, 4 days later at 11:00 AM, a JC Auto Body representative called and said my truck was repaired, being washed, and I could pick it up. Every time I look at my truck I smile. The dent is no more, a week later the truck is clean and shiny, and I still can't get over how JC Auto Body saw me, gave me an estimate two hours after I called, and how they repaired my truck to look like I'd just driven it off the showroom floor. Ive been a customer of Wayfair for a long time, had ordered so many items, but not returned even one until now. I just received a flower arrangement which the description is misleading and to return it I have to pay for return shipping, no customer service whatsoever, horrible company to deal with. They just want your money and if you are not satisfied with your order, you are on your own. They just lost a very good customer!

Food hospitality and great service even though it was Mothering Sunday nothing was too much effort for any of the staff be they working hard behind the bar or running to & from the kitchen area delivering the excellent food cooked as requested Staff were pleasant which must have took some effort with the amount of people coming and going this just tells me that the employees make the difference to an enjoyable experience when eating outAll in all I would recommend the Swan & Cygnet to anyone wanting good food at reasonable prices in a warm and convivial atmosphere
