Bought a sweatshirt I already own in a different colour. When it arrived I noticed how stretched it was in comparison to my other top. Messaged Depop, they said show me pictures. I proved how stretched it was and sent them multiple images showcasing the imperfections despite the seller listing the item as ‘10/10 still has tags on’. This is their reply: “Thank you for providing the requested information and for your patience whilst we reviewed the case. Whilst I understand the Item may not have been exactly what you were expecting, after assessing the photographs we won’t be able to facilitate a dispute for you on this occasion as we have deemed the Item as not significantly not as described. We’re sorry if this wasn’t the decision you were hoping for - If you do not want to keep the Item, the seller may be willing to accept a return or you can even re-sell on your own shop! Many items purchased on Depop may be vintage or pre-loved, just bear this in mind for future purchases to avoid disappointment! If you do experience any issues with Items in the future, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch.Moses A”. Absolute morons.

Book with the Airlines directly!

Freshdesk is very easy to use and I really enjoy the layout of it.I have never had any issue with help from the support staff either, seems like they are always one step ahead when I experience any issues, which are few and far between.

I always add a coppy from my paiment in a mail to the seller...Once I got a thumb down from a German company I ordered from quite often (also with CDandLP which never gives you headeaches)... Non-payment. I sent quite an angry mail and received a very polite answer that the cancelling was by Discogs and they had by now received the paiment and gave me a thumb up again for prompt paiment...Always the same crap with Discogs... When there is a weekend involved, paiment takes more then 4 days, there is a problem... And you automatically get a negative review, not even from the seller... from Discogs...They are probably the best shop when it comes to rare and reissues of vinyl but their service is really getting on my nerves... Wasn't it that I am a collector and often order for other people, I wouldn't use this company any longer...

Could not be a trashier bank. Please avoid. In this day and age, it is much better to go for a credit union instead of a corporate bank, especially Chase. They do not care about you, your wellbeing, your account and provide outrageously poor customer service.

Zoom does not allow me to cancel a large meeting addon myself on their website. I have to contact support. I contacted support via a message which has not resulted in the addon cancelation and a phone call where I waited over an hour for an answer which resulted in the rep requiring that they COLD transfer me to another department. Wow, watch out when purchasing an addon from them.

I had reached out to the WP Beginner team after frustrations with slow performance on a complex membership website running Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, and Events Calendar/Tickets. The team did a great job optimizing pages and I am very happy with the outcome. The one thing I would have liked to have is more guidance on what they actually did and advice on how to adhere to optimization tweaks when creating new content.
