I used the photos for a book cover. I appreciate all of the different angles of the people photos. And I ESPECIALLY like the AI option! It gave me a lot of variety to choose from. And the background remover is AWESOME! So far I've had a great experience.

What stood out most was their excellent customer support, every time I had a question or ran into an issue, their team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The platform itself is user-friendly, even for someone like me who is not very tech-savvy. I appreciated how highly knowledgeable their people are.

Very unhappy customer

So quick books have now decided that rather then just providing a service to enable customers to better manage their accounts and bookkeeping, they are going to impose a massively inconvenient 2 step authentication that cant be turned off. As well as logging you out of the account every 5 minutes you now have to wait for a text message to arrive, input the code just to be able to log in again. This is hugely inconvenient. Wasting time unnecessarily. I'm really quite cross about this and I think not giving your customers the option to turn this off is a big mistake. I am the only office based member of staff at my company and I do not appreciate being micromanaged by quick books when it comes to security. As a human being I can safeguard my accounts myself thank you very much!

Zero seller support, appalling

Used to be a seller on Etsy, shop now closed. 10+ years on Etsy and nothing but 5* reviews. Sold 3 items to one buyer a few months ago. She sent photos of them on her wall, in use, and said how delighted she was with them. She messaged a couple of weeks after they were delivered saying that she didn't like them anymore and that they "weren't pretty like the ones in the photos". I explained that because they'd been used I couldn't accept them back for a full refund as she was demanding and that they were, in fact the exact items in the photos. She then claimed they weren't the same as the items in the photos in the listings. They were unique, hand made items, each one very clearly the ones in the detailed photos on each listing. Then she said they'd fallen apart. Not possible as I know how well made my items are, but I asked for photos. Non provided. Then she said that she hadn't received them and I needed to refund her. I pointed out the photos she'd sent and she became very aggressive. She then leaves me 3 x 1* reviews stating that my items are extremely poor quality. I approached Etsy, assuming that they would support me. No. Not a chance. Reading the messages she'd sent it's very VERY clear she's a scammer and has done this before - and probably ended up with free items when sellers gave in and refunded. Etsy couldn't be bothered even reading the messages. So, after 10+ years of nothing but 5* reviews she leaves 3 x 1* reviews which cripples my feedback as they work out an average of the last 3 months. I ended up with 2.9* overall as not many buyers had left feedback in the last few months (most don't). No one is going to buy anything from a seller with 2.9*, I certainly wouldn't. Etsy shop closed, business destroyed. Appalling, not only is there no support but they actively support scammers by siding with them and allowing them to stay on the site, ruining people's businesses. Don't get me started on all the cheap Chinese junk that's flooding the site - they do nothing about any of that but won't support genuine sellers.

I did QBO Online first and then Xero. I was surprised that I found Xero simpler. In bank reconciliation, for example, the side by side bank recon is a breeze. It's user- friendly. Need appointment to pickup, refund takes 28 business days

I ordered for pickup at Yorkdale location. When I ordered online, the instructions says that I can go anytime Monday to Friday between 11-5pm and call a number when I get to the pickup spot and someone will bring the items to me. But some guy called me and tell me I have to make an appointment to pick it up, I said I work work day and can only come when I can sneak out. But he insists that I have to make an appointment. So i asked for a refund. 2 weeks later, no refund. Sent an inquiry to their customer care email and respond is that return are processed up to 28 business days before I will get the refund. This is a scam and last time I will order from unqlo.

The worst of all trash platforms

This platform has to be the worst of all the trash websites I've ever interacted with in my entire life.They abruptly deactivated my account WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY PROBABLE CAUSE. Last pin I was uploading was a very nice image of a ring, and BAAM!! account was deactivated immediately. I sincerely DO NOT understand the reason for the deactivation. I appealed the decision a couple of times, yet always get an automated email that my appeal was rejected WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON.What a waste of my time!!!

Wheel chair assist issues

I flew out of LAX on a red eye Saturday night. A wheel chair had been requested. My walker was checked in. Four people did their best to get someone to come but twenty minutes had passed by before a chair arrived. The plane was being boarded by the time we got there. My daughter could have taken me if we just had a wheel chair. As is, I was forced to lean against a wall as the pain grew unbearable. By the time I got home my right leg was very swollen and I could barely walk. I was down for the day with intense pain that shouldn’t have been an issue If Delta just had a few chairs or benches for those people requiring assistance. I understand that the airports are short staffed. That is a real problem. As a retired teacher I remember the hours of useless training sessions that we had to endure dealing with addressing problems and proposing possible solutions. The business world sufferers with the same pie in the sky nonsense. Unless something positive comes from them, these sessions are a waste of time and money. When problems arise they need to be addressed and viable solutions need to be developed. Leaning against a wall IS NOT a viable solution. As is, I had issues both in Detroit heading to LA and again in LA heading back to Fort Myers. Delta is a great airline. Now please do something to make the trip a bit less painful for those who need a little help.

bad service your refund is bull

Had unauthorized payments made to my bank account in a fairly significant amount I noticed it the next day, first off it was almost impossible to find a number to contact Xbox, you also can not manually remove pay accounts they have to be done over the phone I was then told I would have to request a refund online that I would be contacted by email in 24 to 48 hours and then if accepted I would get my refund in 3-5 business days total crap no refund no explanation as to why not file was just closed and I’ve emailed back twice for a response terrible terrible handling of the situation all they want is your money

The Knot is scamming vendors out of money

I have a definitive proof that the $350 per month that I pay to be on the first page in fact puts me on the second page. I feel helpless as this is another example of how big corp can scam little businesses without repercussions. I have notified the knot and attached screen recordings of myself not being on first page as well as video of me on the second page. This is very upsetting because so far I have spent thousands on the knot.
