Need appointment to pickup, refund takes 28 business days

I ordered for pickup at Yorkdale location. When I ordered online, the instructions says that I can go anytime Monday to Friday between 11-5pm and call a number when I get to the pickup spot and someone will bring the items to me. But some guy called me and tell me I have to make an appointment to pick it up, I said I work work day and can only come when I can sneak out. But he insists that I have to make an appointment. So i asked for a refund. 2 weeks later, no refund. Sent an inquiry to their customer care email and respond is that return are processed up to 28 business days before I will get the refund. This is a scam and last time I will order from unqlo.
