Customer service is terrible. We can’t get through to anybody purchase some perfume today and as I’ve gone to open the top the glass just smashed not like I can go back to ZARA because it’s broke and the perfume will just go all over in the car and it’s a hour drive away I explain this but no, they’ve said to me go back to store and they’ll tell me if it’s a fault or not when I’ve showed them photographs of the bottle and it clearly shows it’s their fault not mine.
