Quick response to my irrigation problem. The reason for the 4 star rather than a 5 star is that it required a phone call from me when they did not show for 0900 appointment. They were able to regroup and accomplish the job of giving me water from my irrigation pump.

I had a trial, £1 for 3 months I think. Then I wanted to cancel. Could only do this over the phone (weird). On the phone, I agreed to continue with a 90% discount for a further 3 months. Hoever the discount was only applied for 2 months and I got charged the full £26.00 for the 3rd month. An "error" apparently, but the fact that they demand phone only communication, coupled with the fact that they did not send any email confirmation of the discount agreed does make one suspicious. Either way, seriously not happy.They tried to entice me to stay with a further promotion but had no inclination to pay them a penny more after that.

Squarespace is the easiest website builder to use. Given that I have no developer experience (I had to take a computer science class back in HS when they made me learn HTML), it's amazing I can just create a well designed site by just dragging and dropping things.

I signed up with my google account and never subscribed for anything yet they have been charging me for months now without my knowledge from my google pay account associated with my google account and never given authority for taking out payment to Scribd. All I can get is the last month's refund and there is no way to contact them, there is no human customer service. I have nothing in my reading history either, never used the thing, never ever signed up for the service and I never granted them access to my bank account.EDIT: the answer from the company is useless, I already mentioned I never subscribed or agreed to anything so..

Love ChatGPT, I use the paid version frequently. What I find really frustrating is how hard they've made it to change the password?! I got a notification from Apple that my password had been compromised. I changed it on all other platforms but it took me forever to figure out how to do it on ChatGPT. Why? 'Settings' has a bunch of unnecessary options, but not to change the password. Please do something about it. People don't have time to lose on figuring out how to do it. Take a look at other platforms.

I am a new customer [1-2 months] with Mega and the experience has been great up to now. I pay for storage with Apple and Proton but Mega has them both beaten; for price/value and speed. Apple has file sync but it is very slow. Mega's file sync is surprisingly fast. Customer service responded very quickly with a solution to my account enquiry. I would definitely recommend Mega's service.

I am a Hilton Honors member & called to check on my points balance. They transferred me to Hilton Grand Vacations to offer me a promotion, and the customer service rep was extremely rude and curt w/me after I listened to her spiel on the promotion. I decided to not go w/it, and she abruptly ended the call w/cutting me off because she couldn't get money out of me. I booked a Hilton Grand Vacation over a year ago on a package to Las Vegas, and I was not impressed w/the treatment from the employees at the hotel either. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this chain. Their employees don't seem to understand what good customer service is and are outright rude to their customers.

I hate this company and I will never use these crooks again. They charge me for a service even after I cancel my movie tickets purchase. They are crooks!! How in the hell are you going to charge someone for a service fee and you didn't give them any service????? I hope this company closes down because that is deception!!! When I call the office it took forever for them to answer the phone then they told me that the service fee was written in the agreement. The service should have been made known up front or pop up before you take money off the debit or credit card. How can you have a non-refundable service fee even if you don't give service? You are crooks and I hope your company fails. I will never use you again and I'm going to tell everyone I know DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered two items from BB&B. The fulfilment time was EXTREMELY slow. It wasn't until a full week after I'd placed my order that it actually shipped. One item was made of cotton cloth the other made of steel. If it had been just cloth, I can understand a plastic bag. But the metal object had no box. It was sent with NO protective wrapping, just free to slide around inside the thin bag. Well, it got dented and scuffed. And the cloth item ended up with a fabric pull. Not only that, the steel item was the WRONG MODEL and WRONG COLOR. It was a total screw-up. Dealing with their customer service was like pulling teeth. I waited, waited, waited... and the customer service rep was not knowledgeable. I eventually got a return label. I did send the package back, although I did provide extra protection for the steel item and I applied sticky-notes to annotate the damage. They resend the metal item in a box this time. PROMPTLY, I might add. And I got an email alert for it. But that's it. No cloth item. Not only that, but the BB&B website for accounts shows no returns. It doesn't even indicate the status of the previous order having been returned. It's as if no return occurred. When I contacted customer service, they told me the return was just for the metal item. But the return I made was for both, and the packing slip shows both items. I was told the cloth item will be shipping soon. Days go by... nothing. No email alert. No indication of a tracking number. NO STATUS. I had to contact BB&B again. This time I got a different person who was eager to help me. And she authorized the return cloth item to be shipped. Essentially, what that meant, is that the last people I dealt with had lied to me. NOTHING was happening. It was the last customer agent who finally helped me.What a horribly unnecessarily wasteful experience. BB&B must've spent far more in customer service time than the value of the items. This is not a business model that can continue. No wondering BB&B stores are closing up.

A friend agreed to build a PC for me before he moves out of country. So at the end of February I ordered the parts, only to discover the power core was bad. It took two weeks to replace the power core, then a few more weeks to get my friend back over to work on it . . . only discover the replacement core was also bad. This time we got a working power core from Best Buy only to discover the motherboard is defective. At this point I'm fed up and my friend is leaving the country in a few weeks and does not have the time to wait for replacement parts to come back so I just want to get a refund for everything, but Newegg won't refund anything, only offering to replace the bad parts. With my friend leaving this does me no good at all. The customer service was no help either.Just don't buy anything from this place.

This has honestly been the worst customer service experience I've had. It initially started out fine. I purchased a mouse/keyboard combo and I needed a replacement mouse. It took about a month of back and forth to get what I needed but ultimately they sent me a replacement and I was satisfied. I then received a bill from the shipping company. And they've since changed their ticketing system. I have had no luck getting a hold of anyone there and I keep receiving the same automated messages. The first says they're waiting for me to reply to keep the case open, which I have done four times. The second says my case is updated and comes from Erma. Also received four times. No response, no resolution for over two weeks.

They advertise that will allow you to use their photoshop progam for free. When you use the program, however, you can only save the file you created if you enroll in a plan that begins billing after 3 days. That was okay except that they made it impossible to cancel the monthly charge. I learned from PayPal that this is a Chinese company. It bills PayPal using a name in Chinese letters. PayPal could determine that the company was Fotor only because of the timing of the charge.
