Facebook deserves ZERO stars for customer service. META is a joke. My acct was hacked. When I reported this to FB, my acct was deactivated. I have spent HOURS and HOURS trying to reach customer service to get my account, which I’ve had for at least 18 years, back up and running again. There is no way to reach customer service, if they even have one. Their FAQ and help pages are worthless, leading you to nowhere. I feel like I’ve been on a hamster wheel for weeks. I had two business pages attached to this acct, so they’re gone, too. I spent years accumulating thousands of followers on my business page. I am so HEARTBROKEN and FRUSTRATED. This is affecting my BUSINESS and LIVELIHOOD. If I could take legal action against them I would. Hate to say this but I actually wish the government would step-in and force them to help out their customers with REAL PEOPLE, not stupid AI. I know thousands and thousand of others have faced the same issue as me.

Booked a stay at a country inn & suites through booking. It was absolutely terrible!!! Attempted several times to reach out to booking.com to get resolved and it's impossible due to the didn't give me all information I needed and the animated line you call is horrible. Don't recommend booking.com for anything! And don't recommend country inn & suites in Gatlinburg! Loud all night long in hallways ,staff didn't do a thing about when asked to. A/c didn't keep room cool at all making it very difficult to sleep. Large amount of garbage/furniture laying all around balcony of the room, indoor pool was gross. Staff was useless!!!

30 November 2022 - Once again for people who are not that interested in football, the BBC are ripping us off. They seem to have empty daytime channels but no! …they decide to fill their day time slots on both BBC 1 and 2 …I’m amazed that they aren’t screening football on CBeebies! All too often they put sport on both main channels - Why don’t you just have one dedicated sports channel? Cheap television?You should appear on Rip Off Britain!

I have backed around 10 projects on Kickstarter and every single one was delivered late, whether it be by months or by years. I have come to accept that you should ignore the delivery date and assume it will take atleast a year longer. That being said I have recieved 9/10 of my project backings.The 1/10 ruined the whole experience for me and opened by eyes to how this platform can, and is, being used for deceitful purposes. Once the money has exchanged hands Kickstarter will not do anything to help its backers even if their own terms and conditions are breached. They leave it up to their own backers to put together a law suit if they feel the need. More often than not, the projects I back are already selling in retail for the same price, or even less, before I have recieved my own product. I would strongly suggest avoiding Kickstarter or doing your research on the company beforehand as when you place a chargeback with your bank Kickstarter will fight against it.

Worst customer service!!!!! After booking online and it kicking us out to automatically select a room that was not the original £500 but ended up taking a total of £1800 from my credit card. I have been passed from pillar to post, lied to and treated appallingly. I even contacted the hotel and third party agents myself to be told by them it was up to Agoda to issue my refund but Agoda told me the hotel had said no. DO NOT BOOK WITH AGODA YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

1) On the 12th of December, because of TFL disruptions due to weather, my journey was significantly disrupted. I arrived to destination with more than an hour delay, and I paid more money for a longer journey2) On the 13th of December, due to a strike, I had to complete once again a longer and more expensive journey3) On the 16th of December, I called customer service. I had to call three times, and each time the call was abruptly ended after a very long wait and while I was speaking with an adviser, for reasons that are unknown to me. I suppose it was due to technical problems, but I would expect them to call me back, since they had my number4) During the third phone call, the customer advisor confirmed a refund. She put me on hold to get a reference number to give to me to confirm refund, but while I was on hold the telephone call ended once again5) It took me more than an hour to make all these phone calls, and this caused me further significant disruption6) Therefore, I wrote a formal complaint, covering all the points above7) The person getting back to me, Claire F - Customer Service Adviser - gave me conflicting information compared to a) the previous phone call and b) previous similar cases in which I was provided with a refund for similar reasons. She said that I was not entitled to a refund, as I managed to complete the journey. Hence without taking into account:- The delays due to longer journeys- The difference in money due to longer journeys- The disruptions caused by the poor phone call customer service8) I therefore replied and asked to escalate the complaint. Accordingly to TFL policy and guidelines: ""We try to resolve your complaint the first time you contact us. If you are not satisfied with our response, tell us and we will ask a team manager to review it."9) However, the policy and guidelines were not followed, and another Customer Service Adviser - Clare S - got back to me10) Despite me asking to escalate the complaint, this was not done and I was only given a generic link to the TFL website, which I believe is once again very poor customer service and a clear way to brush off my case11) I wrote another complaint, and Halimat M (again, not a team leader) got back to me, with an exact copy-and-paste from previous replies, not addressing the many points raised in my complaint and not tailoring the response to my individual needs, making me feel completely devalued and disrespectedI am now planning to go through Ombudsman and ask even more than the refund, for all the time this is taking.Horrible, appalling, abusive customer service.

I loved spotify but in Canada they keep raising the price per month and they have not justified it with any new better services that I care about. This last one it the straw that broke the camel's back. After seeing Amazon's price for the family and the service that copies your playlists over from one service to another. I am sadly migrating over. Between the price increases every few months and the billing system that takes payments out while you still have 15 days left on your package to trying the payment over and over incurring non stop NSF fees their $16 a month plan ends up being $250 a month quick. All over some unforeseen snafu. which happens but the early payment withdrawal can leave you completely blindsided.I already have Prime anyway and like the amazon billing system so it makes sense to consolidate and drop my monthly expense $10 a month at the same time

Don't bother trying to contact SPOTIFY support@spotify your emails go unanswered and there direct messaging service can't answer a question at all stupid question, what phone are you usually and android are you using etc etc but failed miserably to answer my question

Tried booking tickets for Adele Live 2016. Queuing system was a joke. Logged in at 09:00 waited until 11:38. Still waiting. Thousands of other complaints via twitter. Supposedly first come first serve. People logging in after 09:30 waited 30 mins and got tickets for same day that I waited for over 2 hours! Disgraceful company. Hopefully big artists avoid this company for future tours. Not fair for fans. Also security breaches reported.
