If I could give them a zero, I would. Shopify is a great platform, but what is not great is their customer service department. If you ever have issues like I am where I need someone to look to why my bank account cant be linked for payments (however they still are able to take debits for fees and billing), you will get nowhere. I have been conversing with their online "support" team for over a month, who are supposed to be real people, and they are unable to escalate the issue. Instead, they only put a follow-up on the ticket to be directed to another department. I then wait another week for no communication from this "urgent help" department, and once again have no resolution. They use an empty chair customer service approach. If you use their service, buyer beware, and I hope you don't have a need for a person you'd have better luck contacting a government agency.

Ordered a Whirlpool french door refrigerator on 6/3 from Lowes on Fisk in Rockledge . great experience with sales person , the model we wanted wasn't on the floor but we were assured it was in the warehouse. Purchased and set up a delivery date of 6/7. waited for delivery it came and we were told by the delivery guys (very nice guys) that the refrigerator was damaged but they were told to deliver it anyway damaged and to ask us if we would accept with a discount. We would have probably accepted if it was a minor dent that didn't show on the side. The damage was more of a gash in the side and the insulation was showing , we denied delivery and now have to go through the wait of yet hopefully an undamaged product. I think its a bit on the shady side to knowingly send a damaged product out for delivery , like our time doesnt matter and we'd pay that kind of money for a damaged product. Shame on the warehouse person that knowingly sent that out. We were hoping Lowes was a honest company.

There seems to be a lot of very basic functionality missing. The big one for me is why can't I put somewhere that a supplier is paid by DD. I would like to be able to run a payment report that excludes DD suppliers, without having to do a lookup to an external list - surely it would be so easy to put in a field for that and apply a filter.You can't put a payment on account - so the payment will sit on the bank rec until you've got a final invoice to process, which I find quite frustrating.Why can't we see the full ledger in the bank rec screen, if I pay a supplier but deduct a credit note from the payment I can't just allocate the credit note, I have to split an invoice and under allocate it, then go to the ledger and apply the credit note.I've only been using it a few weeks but at the moment I am finding it quite frustrating and time consuming I got xero because it links up to other systems, I haven't tried all those functions yet but I hope it makes it all worthwhile having to put up with these other problems.I am enjoying using Hubdoc for invoice processing and Xero me for expenses

Uniqlo decided not to be a customer-centric company. They literally don't care about customer satisfaction any more. I had to change an item at the store and was treated very disrespectfully by the manager. I was informed that I cannot make any returns but only exchange it. When I underlined that in this case, I had to be informed while buying, the manager called "Zee" had a very unhelpful and disrespectful attitude telling me that I can bring the case online if I am not happy with this procedure, it is the customer's responsibility to know this kind of information, etc. How can a customer know that a return cannot be done but only an exchange, if you don't tell them? (I mean in this age? Where do we live? What kind of a store doesn't accept returns? If it doesn't not how knowing this can be the customer's responsibility?) I am extremely dissatisfied and will not turn back to Uniqlo ever again!

I shopped at the Bluewater store in the Uk 10th dec realised when I got home had been overcharged for my item. sent two emails to customer services not reply, eventually 15th I got to chat with a customer services agent on messenger attached receipt etc and said the refund would be done 24hrs later, on 23rd dec messaged again advised it takes 15 working days now and should be with me 27th the latest, I am still waiting. Been shopping at Uniqlo for years but not now service is shocking

Update: If you have an issue with a return or refund, just call them! Don’t bother with email or the online portal. Their number is 020 3960 5299. To echo what a previous reviewer said, they are much more helpful on the phone. I think their online systems are pretty broken, which is a shame as the clothes are brilliant quality.Original review: When I returned a few items, I was refunded the wrong amount. I had returned two of the same top but my refund only included the amount for one. When I sent a screenshot of the return confirmation email which shows the quantity of items and the amount, the customer service rep rudely and incorrectly told me they had refunded what’s shown in the returns portal. So I’m now going to have to waste time on the phone to Uniqlo and probably end up raising a dispute with PayPal.

Top end spec PC with high down load speeds and the Ubisoft Connect app is rubbish. Everything takes ages to load, games bought via steam/epic requiring linking to Ubi are a nightmare resulting in being downloaded twice and having to resove. Really put me off buying anymore Ubisoft games in the future.

Basically anything, they will go in circles solving nothing. 6th week trying to get an issue solved and it has gotten no where. According to Shipststion its always the other guys fault whether that be Stamps.com (same company), Fedex, UPS, eBay, Amazon All integration partners... it's their problem. But isn't that what we pay Shipstation to manage? Not according to them. Useless CS.

I absolutely love red bull and like literally addicted to it. It's hot here and I was thirsty ah. Only to purchase a red bull to choke on metal. Spit it bk in can when I got it out my throat and a earring back. OMG that's disgusting.... No more ...past furious and grossed out

If there was a subzero rating they would have my vote. Our social media (fb and IG) were hacked and 2 email accounts. Since I had to change and close so many accounts relatively quickly to include our old domain name I had forgotten the linktree. It was germane because it the old website url (old domain name) was a link within it. I had been a long term customer with everything but the email account (Gmail) and the credit card’s expiration date. I had stopped paying 2 months, thinking this would serve to cancel the account before reaching out to them. No matter how much information I provided it was never enough. I only desired to have the linktree taken down. They refused. I may file a CCPA. Who would have thought they would want to host a tree for free? Who does this to loyal customers? You’d think they would have enough customers rather hold accounts hostage? Who does that? While no one can plan to be hacked I do have a right to privacy.

My results on one side of my family were not at all what I expected and I am now down a rabbit hole trying to reconcile them. I know this is not Ancestry's fault, but I really wish I had never done the test. I had entered predictions for my results while I was waiting. It might've been helpful if the email that I got telling me that the results were available noted that they were very different from what I had predicted. it might have helped prepare me for some very unsettling news.

Redbubble update: it turns out the problem was my Chrome 4 Mac browser which wasn't accepting the payments. I switched to Safari and everything worked perfectly and seamlessly. The items ordered arrived quickly and are of excellent quality. All good!I really really, really wanted to buy something from Redbubble. Several attempts to enter my payment details (PayPal, credit cards) for shipping to Germany ended in acute frustration and a "something went wrong, try again later" error. So much so that I started to worry it was a scam and was harvesting my payment details, passwords etc. Reviews suggest it is trustworthy but why is it so difficult to use?

I cancelled my subscription to Microsoft Office as I hardly ever used it. Now, I can't open a document that stores my login details for multiple sites. I literally can't access a bunch of my accounts because Microsoft is holding my login details hostage. You don't own my content. You have no right to prevent me from accessing it. Disgraceful.

The Main issue with such a hotel chain is that though one would expect a certain level of service, regardless of the hotel you stay.Though it seems to be the goal, reality is slightly different.The one in Athens was really top notch, but those in Munich and Batumi were slightly behind. Slightly disappointing i must say.Nevertheless, it's still a good place to stay
