If I could give them a zero, I would. Shopify is a great platform, but what is not great is their customer service department. If you ever have issues like I am where I need someone to look to why my bank account cant be linked for payments (however they still are able to take debits for fees and billing), you will get nowhere. I have been conversing with their online "support" team for over a month, who are supposed to be real people, and they are unable to escalate the issue. Instead, they only put a follow-up on the ticket to be directed to another department. I then wait another week for no communication from this "urgent help" department, and once again have no resolution. They use an empty chair customer service approach. If you use their service, buyer beware, and I hope you don't have a need for a person you'd have better luck contacting a government agency.
