My customer service representative was Nick based in Connecticut and he was so helpful to helping me order the missing bag to my LEGO set while also being super kind and helpful. He helped me figure out which exact pieces were missing while also complimenting my taste in LEGO sets, overall he was super nice and helpful.

Shame on this company. Senior leaders need to be held accountable and dragged through the courts the way those innocent poor sub postmasters were. Blood in your hands and you all deserve eternal suffering. Your equipment is faulty and unreliable and you fail to accept or identify issues. Avoid this very unprofessional company.

Refuse to delete answers they know are incorrect

I have reviewed many questions, as I have found them to be incorrect. I later got a reply that they could not solve the questions, as the questions were too hard. This I can understand.However, they refuse to delete the incorrect answers even after Chegg has reviewed them (due to the thumbs-down reviews). It is a very bad practice to keep incorrect answers, as they continue to confuse students by not deleting incorrect answers. Customer service also says they have nothing to do with the experts. However, it was costumer service who wrote to say the experts could not solve the questions correctly...The business seems fine by scamming students.

Best Buy has the worst customer service…

Best Buy has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I spoke to 10 different agents who could barely communicate, had background noise, and gave me wrong information every time. It was a complete waste of time, and my issue was never resolved. I will never shop here again.

IMPROPER CHARGES AND NO REFUND

They say they'll give a refund or a credit for an improper charge and customer never receives either of them. I sent them a message and they don't even respond. I've WAITED OVER A MONTH to receive refund and credit for improper charge. I'll probably tear up my Red card and shop elsewhere. Also, they have never told their staff over the years that using the Red Card DOESN'T eliminate shipping fees - it actually doesn't because customer still has to hit a $35 minimum to get free shipping. So it's not really free shipping when cost of purchases needs to increase in order to get the free shipping.

I got ONE image, believing it is a one-time deal. It started to charge me a monthly fee of US $30+. I found this charge four months later. I tried to cancel the one year subscription, it demand a 4 month cancelation charge fee. So, I spent all together US $250 for one image.

Tool that looks promising but it is not reliable. I prepared a brainstorming session with post-it notes. I made sure beforehand that the service was accessible and that there were no problems with the security settings. During the workshop, the web application crashed and was totally inaccessible. I had to improvise to continue the brainstorming session.

Great company when started

Great company when started. But the CRO coin value on an overall basis continues to fall. The company keeps squeezing your accounts by limiting the benefits again and again. The CRO coin Cashback has already been reduced to 2%. The interest rate on deposits has almost halved of original values and lot many more limitations. The CRO value itself continues to go down. There are better and safer options available in market.
