Review of Canva
I am a Pro Member of Canva currently.I haven't had major problems until recently.I have been creating a website banner for my new website & 2 of the images I've used disappear after downloading & saving.I have used different images, resized the file, resized the images, changed file type, compressed the file, all in an attempt to retain all the images on the banner with no solution.I am currently on hold waiting to speak to someone & it's been about an hour with no ending to hold in site. I have also put in a support request via email.I like the ability to be able to make the content & images I need to for my business, though I am not happy with the lack of customer service. As a Pro-Member I don't expect to be priority, though I do expect a level of customer service that exceeds bare minimum.I should have to hunt down a solution in the FAQ. I shouldn't be on hold for an hour & when all the corporate world has moved to Slack & instant messaging services, why doesn't Canva?

Beware of their promises. I ordered an electrical product as it was cheaper than elsewhere and the website estimated delivery in three days. I was charged a €6 Euro delivery fee (despite saying free shipping), but worse it now said that estimated delivery would be in a month! I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew I’d have to wait that long. Sure enough, check back on their website and the product still says get within 3 days. I complained to customer services. No apologies. Just told me I had to wait. I generally find customer service at these big chains poor in Spain (no refunds/exchanges for faulty goods), but this one is a new one on me and I feel constituted false advertising.
Review of deepl
I've purchased Deepl Pro. The app does not work. It detects French as Slovakian! I contacted Support two weeks ago. No answer so far. Deepl has the worst customer service ever! I am going to cancel my subscription, and keep on using Google Translate that is less frustrating.

Roadside assistance app said 20 minutes for help, 20 minutes passed, then it said 3 hours, called and rep said assistance on the way, called back an hour later and that rep said time for help had not been established and said they would call back, they never called back, a good samaritan stops and helps us out, zero help from AAA, canceling AAA membership

The United States first amendment has been stripped from the people and the news media does not seem to care.Reporting bias in the United States has been captured by an elite group of international corporations and billionaires. They are forcing bias and censorship on the entire main stream media. These billionaires and our current corrupt government seemed to be OK with suspending our first amendment rights and flooding the people with censorship and propaganda during the covid pandemic.Who would have thought that a newspaper founded by Chinese Americans is the only news source that I have been able to find that holds our constitutional guaranteed freedom of speech a sacred as I do. Thank you Epoch Times. You are America.
Review of techopedia
I've used many tech websites, but Techopedia stands out because of its commitment to accuracy and clarity. I recently read an article about quantum computing, and it was not only educational but also exciting. This site is a goldmine for tech lovers!

Placed an order for almost $300 worth of items last Dec. 8th and paid via Paypal. I check the order status two days after and it stated my order was processing. Then I check again after two more days because I haven’t gotten any other info coming from HBX. Still says processing. Then yesterday, when I checked the order status, suddenly my order number can no longer be found. I tried to send an email to their customer service but I just received an email saying it was undeliverable after 24 hours. Tried the Live Chat Option twice. No luck. After waiting 15 minutes, I got a reply saying they’re inundated with customer service request and that they will get back to me “as soon as possible”. There’s absolutely no phone number to get ahold of them. So now I’m left with no choice but to spend more money to replace the presents and then I’ll most likely have to file a dispute with Paypal. Ridiculous.

First of all, when I stopped using the subscription service for ink, the printer was magically, 'broken'. I hadn't even moved the printer in any way. All I did was switch the ink cartridges from the ones they gave me to the ones I bought. After that, they offered to replace the ink cartridges for me, but somehow only two of the three cartridges were delivered and they claimed they did not have my address. That doesn't even make sense. How did the first two reach my address and not the third? This is the most corrupt company I have ever come into contact with. Please DO NOT BUY their products.

I have 4 Apple products without problems until now.I went to the Apple store in Skokie, Il to buy a new watch. They didn't have the band I wanted and suggested I order it. It came the next day by UPS and needed a signature, they did not ring the bell and took the watch back. To change delivery instructions I had to contact Apple. The first call was disconnected by the recording, the second was answered by a person who didn't know how to change the delivery, put me on hold for several minutes until I hung up. The third was answered by someone who new what to do. The next day (today) I picked up the watch from UPS. Took it home and the battery was dead. I called technical support who after several tries told me the battery was defective and to take it back to the store, I also was told to ask for a salesperson who could exchange the watch. When I got to the store the greeter wanted me to schedule an appointment with the Genius bar and I told her that Apple support said to talk to a salesperson. She also did not know what to do, walked away from me to ask someone else. A man comes up to me, states he's the manager and starts an argument with me when I try to tell him the problems with this order and I just want another watch. He then threatens to make me leave the store (I am a woman 76 yrs old) He finally said he would return the watch and charged it back to the credit card. Apple needs to train their employees better and the customer should be helped not threated. The manager could pleasantly have resolved this issue by exchanging the watch.
