I have 4 Apple products without problems until now.I went to the Apple store in Skokie, Il to buy a new watch. They didn't have the band I wanted and suggested I order it. It came the next day by UPS and needed a signature, they did not ring the bell and took the watch back. To change delivery instructions I had to contact Apple. The first call was disconnected by the recording, the second was answered by a person who didn't know how to change the delivery, put me on hold for several minutes until I hung up. The third was answered by someone who new what to do. The next day (today) I picked up the watch from UPS. Took it home and the battery was dead. I called technical support who after several tries told me the battery was defective and to take it back to the store, I also was told to ask for a salesperson who could exchange the watch. When I got to the store the greeter wanted me to schedule an appointment with the Genius bar and I told her that Apple support said to talk to a salesperson. She also did not know what to do, walked away from me to ask someone else. A man comes up to me, states he's the manager and starts an argument with me when I try to tell him the problems with this order and I just want another watch. He then threatens to make me leave the store (I am a woman 76 yrs old) He finally said he would return the watch and charged it back to the credit card. Apple needs to train their employees better and the customer should be helped not threated. The manager could pleasantly have resolved this issue by exchanging the watch.

customer service useless never get back to you. i booked a villa in north Cyprus a week after arriving back owner of the villa took more money out of my account i complained to vrbo and asked how this was possible seeing as vrbo and not the owner had my account details they said they would look into it. after me ringing them a dozen times on top of emails from me to them I'm still out of pocket and still no reply the so called uk customer complaints department is always answered by a foreigner who doesn't understand what you are saying and vice versa .STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE... After reviewing your request, we’ve determined that your request isn’t eligible for our Book with Confidence Guarantee coverage.MY RESPONSE TO THAT Hi Mary.so what you are saying is the owner can just take extra money from your customers without providing any evidence of over use of electric or any evidence of damage they claim might have been done , surely as a reputable company hoping to look after their customers you would ask for evidence like pictures from there managers of a photo of electric meter showing reading from when booking started to when it ended, same if any damage was being claimed for . what you are saying is they don't have to, they just claim for it and your company allows it.

I recently purchased a charm for my best friends birthday in the Braehead store in Glasgow. Kyle who was working in the store that day was so helpful and gave excellent customer service even though he was experiencing some technical issues with the till. He made my shopping experience really easy and he was so genuine and friendly. An asset to the store :)

So money-hungry Disney fully owns Hulu now logged me out of my account and wants to force me to pay for their god-awful Disney Plus service to use Hulu! 1 star for convenience - lots of carers in one place, good options for babysitting, shows which carers are popular with families in your neighbourhood. Cons - very expensive, glitchy app and website, inbox messages take long to load. Care has a ridiculous reporting policy where any user can report another without having to show any evidence. Care will disable the account and send a defamatory email to everyone about that user without doing any checks. This is ripe for abuse by disgruntled/unhappy carers and both myself and other families have had this experience. Customer service is very poor - there is no one manning the contact number, replies to emails can take over 2 weeks and even while the account is disabled, care continues to take payment with no refund offered even after the account is reinstated. Overall, a poor experience. Would not recommend.

I spend thousands of dollars at Lowes, service is spotty but up till today not terrible. Live is Sarasota and the hurricane destroyed several appliances. On 10/23 I order a new dishwasher, not an inexpensive one at that. After waiting a week for the installation, when the time came, no show. No one called from Lowes to tell me there was an issue. I called the installation company, they stated that the installer went to the store to pick it up and it was not there. They informed Lowes, who neglected to call me. I called them, after waiting on hold I finally spoke to customer service, they were unable to explain why I was not contacted and that they told the installer to the wrong store to pick up the dishwasher. No communication just meaningless apologies. Even though they have a 2 day policy for missed deliveries they are now telling me they can't deliver the item for 7 days from today. My advice to you is to do business with a local retailer, not a big box store that cares little for their customers. If you look at the reviews of Lowes you will see that this is a common issue with Lowes and they have very low satisfaction reviews.

As soon as you have an account you will be deluged by fake jobs text emails and phone calls. Just try to close your account forget it it won’t happen it only gets worse after that. CareerBuilder puts a boo-hoo feel sorry for us because we have been hit by scammers yet trying to find their customer service contact information. CareerBuilder customer service contact information does not exist. Today I tried to close my account and it said oops sorry there’s an error try again laterYou will never be able to get your information off this website and you will be plagued until you die from the scammers or whoever they sell your info to

Beware of Calm. They offered 50% off of premium year membership. I decided to take them up on their offer. Unfortunately they charged my credit card the full amount. Their customer service is god awful and now I’m being told I have to go through Apple to get my refund. I am so sick of all the scams out there and companies doing nothing about it.
