Ok for sweeties

Google ads. 15 years ago this was a sound method to advertise. Now its mainly about them placing your ad in your competitors searches. Auction bids that use to be pence are now over 100 times inflated. We stopped spending money on google ads for 18 months in favour of facebook. We saved thousands and gained over £300k of turnover. I tried it for a month recently. £300+ and not an enquiry. Just isnt suitable for capital equipment. In fact not sure its an honest service at all.

Complete failure.

I ordered two items over two weeks ago. Received a confirmation email explaining that the delivery will take place on the first working day after February 25th. Nothing since then. Contacted Uniqlo through all sorts of automated communication channels. No response. It is like talking to Putin. Avoid them if you want to stay sane.

Scammed 108 bucks from me. Did not disclose their charges and charged 54 dollars per lead for 250 dollars job thats not even confirmed! The least they could do is to get confirmation to accept the lead or not but they just straight up charge and feed the leads to u.

I received broken items in my Temu order, including sharp glass. Despite clearly explaining the safety risk, your team repeatedly asked me to handle and return the damaged goods, which led to a physical injury. I managed the situation at home and shared multiple pieces of evidence — including photos of the injury, blood etcStill, your team continues to ask for personal medical documents, which I am not obligated to provide under UK law. The evidence I already submitted is sufficient and reasonable. I even shared photos involving my child, which I was not comfortable doing, but I cooperated fully because they want to see injury..i just hide my daughter face and send two photos As per UK Consumer Law and Temu’s own return policy, I should not be forced to handle hazardous items or submit sensitive personal information. I am no longer willing to store or touch the damaged goods. Please issue a full refund. If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate it to Trading Standards and other consumer authorities.

Redbubble Takes No Responsibility for Lost Items

Redbubble passed my shipment off to something named “Mail Innovations.” That shipment sat at a warehouse for days. Our moving day came and went. My order is now “lost in translation,” and I am out hundreds of dollars. Redbubble uses a bot who passes your issue on also. No one can or is able to help me. Redbubble is horrific. If there were consumer protection in the United States for online businesses, Redbubble would be shut down.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – $1500 StolenI prepaid $1500 for 4 nights at Home2 Suites Jekyll Island through Hotels.com. Due to an employee leaving my company, I couldn’t use the room the first night but arrived the next afternoon. The hotel had already given away the room and refused any refund—even though they likely resold it.Hotels.com offered no real support and wanted to charge me more to change dates. I ended up paying another $500 at a different hotel. This experience was unethical and inflexible. Both the hotel and Hotels.com profited twice off one room and left me out in the cold.Never again. Kayla was terrible at the front desk. She didn't offer anything. Just recited their policy over and over again.

People unable to access my meeting.

I set up a meeting on my zoom account but those invited to attend couldn’t access the meeting as it said I was already hosting another meeting, which I wasn’t. One invitee sent me the page she received when trying to login and it had a picture of someone else when it said I was hosting another meeting. I followed the instructions from a YouTube video andit wasn’t any better.

Thieves!

auto-renewed our contract having provided proof that I wanted to opt-out. Took money from credit card for the renewal without any notice or communication of a renewal. I now feel like I'm going round in circles chasing the 'customer care' team for a refund. Zoom have no idea what customer care is. If anyone can help with providing a complaints contact that would be appreciated.

Used to be great but now ..

Used to be great but now ... not so much.I placed an order a week ago, "Sold and Shipped by: Newegg." They originally said it would ship the following Monday (now 4 days ago). No problem I thought.Except Monday came and went, it still says "Packaging," they've taken the shipping estimate off the order status, and I can't even get in touch with a person to find out why. Just an automated bot chat that told me I have to wait 2-3 days to hear back from the warehouse about why it's still not shipped.This is really surprising since I've never had a bad experience with them before but from everything I've found online recently, they seem to have taken a complete dive. I'll give them the weekend but I'll probably end up canceling this order and buying from somewhere else like I should have to begin with.

GetYourGuide is a great tool to plan and book tours

I have used GetYourGuide when holidaying in several places like Italy, Zimbabwe, Hawaii and Vietnam. It's a great platform for finding and booking tours especially those lasting a few hours or daytrips. It's also a great way to compare prices with other platforms like Viator and TripAdvisor. The GYG app is easy to use and so far the tour operators I've booked with have all been reliable and responsive.

My account was locked and I've been told I can't sell an item,I then asked for a phone call from customer service, they rang back only to confirm that my account was locked and that I am a business, which I'm clearly not,I just want to sell my sons old pushbike, the woman wouldn't tell me why my account was locked or tell me how to unlock it, I'm absolutely astonished at the lack of professionalism for such a large company.

It would appear that the slogan "from the river to the sea" is allowed on Facebook even though it is antisemitic and promotes genocide when also featuring alongside the Palestinian flag or relates to the ongoing war.
