DSW campaign seems racist

This is not exactly a review. My comment is about the clearly profiling Donate Shoes Giving Back campaign DSW is promoting.Unfortunately, links are not allowed here, go to DSW Donate shoes campaign. The pictures of the receivers of the donated shoes are all NON WHITE and the girl with the "poor" non white girls is WHITE.Hello there are a LOT of blond white people in the USA that needs shoes, food etc. DSW should be sensitive that whites have minorities in need as well and portrayed the in need people as NON WHITE is a form of discrimination and racism.SHAME ON YOU DSW!!!

I have cancelled my licence fake news overpaid staff cheap products on the market in comparisment to others. You have fabrigated news from Syria apparently to your member of staff. So you want £160 roughly for boring programme what you offer or I can have almost for the same price one of the online streaming TV and iptv for the price you almost ask . Shame on you. If you looking how many people leaving tv licence why you don't say why they are leaving tv licence and I will never come back to tv licence ever.

Taking unauthorised payments

Taking unauthorised payments. Took 2 x £24.99 out of my PayPal account. I rang up and got talked down didn't want to know. Said email CS with evidence. I did that cancelled subscription and asked for it to be investigated. Excuse you have 2 Account no my Digital App is under my BT email as that's affixed to my PayPal account. I stupidly responded by my Gmail account and now accusing me of having 2 accounts hence 2 Payments. Ludicrous! It's a breach of contract under common law. Try getting someone who is not talking over you and won't pass you on to a manager. It's the principle of this. Hence reported hopefully stop other people being charged double.

Not receiving my staking

I stake my ADA beginning of march, I received an email from them saying you will start to earn from the 27th… still waiting. I called customer service today , didn’t receive any help from them, first they said usually it takes 60 days to start to earn, but I told him that wasn’t my first time to stake my crypto and I know the time period before receiving anything ., after that he told me that they have issues in the system and they won’t be able to help me at this time but they will look into it … my problem is after this experience, how can you trust someone with your money if they do what ever they want to do without any consequences. I’m using different crypto sites and I never had any issues like this, and I decided to move all my crypto to a different platform, because lost my trust and you don’t do business with it, and after this what’s next… they will keep your money and say sorry…no thank you

Avoid D&W roofing and Insulation services like the plague!

I had a really horrible experience with a so-called 'insulation service' company this morning and to be honest, I'm still quite shaken and upset by it. I got attic insulation done via the SEAI scheme and had to get floorboards in the attic taken up in order for the contractors to put in the correct amount of insulation (300mm). I now have this but it has been a nightmare trying to find someone to put the floorboards back down this side of Christmas. Eventually, I got lucky or so I thought...by pure chance I found a company via a Google search and the guy I spoke to (Denis) said that he would be happy to do the job and that his "guys" (note my use of the plural!) knew what they were about, were fully professional and he'd send the around on the appointed day. Imagine my surprise this morning when only one guy turned up for the job who barely spoke a word of English and didn't seem to understand what I was saying when I explained about leaving a cavity between the insulation and the floorboards...Concerned at the seeming lack of comprehension and lacking in confidence that he would be able to do a decent job of it, I called the 'manager', Denis who was extremely unreasonable on the phone and seemed irate that I dared raise a concern at all. He replied that if I had a problem with his guy, he would pull the job as he didn't want to do the job in the first place and was 'doing me a favour' before Christmas. When I raised the fact that it seemed a job designed for at least 2 people rather than 1, he also said that if I "had a problem" with "his guy" then he would pull the guy. I explained that he was being totally unreasonable and that he wasn't doing me a favour as I was paying him for the job and he replied that he had plenty of other jobs and repeated that he was quite happy to pull his guy. The conversation grew quite heated and I stated that I found this a poor standard of customer service and hung up as it was obvious I would get nowhere with this guy and at this point, given his attitude to me, a paying customer, I felt I would not get a good service. I came off the phone call quite upset and shaken at how unreasonable and irrational he had been with me and I would caution anyone (particularly a woman-I doubt he would have spoken to a man the same way!) against using this company..... absolute nightmare of a 'manager' to deal with.

Its a digital garbage dump for trolls and fake profiles

I havent had the greatest experiences with their services. They disabled my previous account claiming it did not meet their "community standards" while people have multi pseudo accounts on their platform. I didnt even use their service everyday, all day long, just for work. I was interacting with people , even gave them my real photo, phone number, email, and address. But apparently , Im the one not following their rules. They wouldnt even let me create a new account so I can do my work related posts. Every new account i create goes to an appeals process and then they disable it. What a load of horses*** , what happened to this platform?

Peer-grading system is a flop

I have started a Specialization from one of their partners - Univercity of Illinois. They use Peer Review system as a scalable solution. 2 out of 3 people graded my answers as Good and Exelent that give points to pass, and one gave the lowest grade with feedback saying "m". When I tried to report that to Coursera Support, referring to the Honor Code that they always want you to sign to, they said there is nothing they can do except re-submit my work. This system/format could be much more well-thought but Coursera fails to do so.

Don't trust them! This shameless company shelters any paying member. It will remove your honest reviews for these paying members, no matter how bad they actually are. On the other hand, many decent companies got F in its website due to lack of membership payment.

Tragic Lack of Customer Care

Echo everything said on poor customer service and the terrible practice of banning customers for providing feedback or expressing their rights as consumers. In my case, a customer for 14 years and thousands of dollars, I was 'cancelled' for providing feedback on their RMA process (if you can call it that) and disputing a charge for a product I got that was DOA after being ignored by their support function for nearly two weeks. You might get lucky like me and never have to deal with their apathetic support function.... but if you do and want to stay a customer, you'll have to accept whatever atrocious level of support they can muster up that day and keep your mouth shut about it if you want to keep your account.
