Never received a voucher booklet on time

Been a member for a year and am meant to receive my vouchers every 3 months, but instead every time it’s due they don’t turn up and instead i have to call up s minimum of 3 times within 7 - 12 days asking for them to be sent out again. First they say they’re not sure why, so they send it again, it doesn’t turn up. Then they send it again first class and again it doesn’t turn up. Then finally they say we’ll need to raise it with a team who deals with the outgoing, but now we’re going to send it out recorded delivery and then it finally arrives. They credit my account in the meantime and tell me to buy the paper at full price. It’s a flawed system and they seem to do nothing about it. Thankfully the paper is a good read, whether it’s worth the effort is still up for debate. Finally they’re customer service is terrible, they don’t solve the underlying issue and they don’t actually even credit you for goodwill for being so poor at what’s a very simple task.

The worst website maker I ever used in my lifeOkay, SquareSpace is a disaster and here are the reasons1. When you change your text style and made a typo, trying to erase the word destroys the text style and is annoying to undo and undo. 2. The Images only resize on those curvy grids.As an HTML and CSS developer, you have no limits to resizing to 1 pixel to 10000 pixels, but SquareSpace only does on weird, curvy grids, so you can't make it smaller, or resize it in half. 3. Why 14 days, why they can't make a watermark on their website instead of that 14 days crappy trial? I would be grateful at least I have a website but why 14 days, SquareSpace would lose its users4. There are so many tutorial pop-ups when you make a new website, why can't make it all-in-one or a video?And yes, I have reasons why SquareSpace is a disaster. It may be different opinions for other peoples and there are my opinion.

Thank you Jason for your help!Can't Scribd then oversee content that are being uploaded on your platform?And check it for copyright before it's uploaded? Because when I download for my library or use something from Scribd I trust it wholeheartedly that it is legit, because it is Scribd. And then do not expect any unfair shocking infringing emails because that is not my fault, and not fair.If I were in America I can sue Scribd for this, and name infringement, because of this you will loose valuable followers.Lucky I am not. But I will close my account because I can't trust what people are uploading. So thanks for your service and please check if my account is closed.

I got promised X by the sales representative. When I reached out to customer support after setting up an account, they told me this was not possible. I tried reaching out to the sales representative, didn't hear back from her. Tried reaching out to support again, didn't hear back from them either, but did get an email my ticket got closed. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Review of fandango

DON'T PURCHASE THRU FANDANGO.

Bought 4 3 D movie tickets thru Fandango. I quickly realized I had purchased one to many. I tried calling Fandango and no one would answer after a 30 min wait .eventually getting put on a call back list. of which I never was called back. 3 hours later I made it to the theater. The Theater office was going to refund my money prior to the movie or credit me for a later use but as soon as they saw Fandango . they told me to call them and good luck.. They never answered my calls. The reviews on this site are the worst.. I Should have done my Homework. Do not buy from this site. if you have a problem or a question you are left out to hang . Take my advice .buy from the theater site only .you can still get them before the movie sells out and can be picked up at the theater prior to start of the movie.

If I could give this app zero stars I would.Support is nonexistent. No communication on any errors you do submit.I've been a paying member for nearly 2 years but never get an explanation as to why I do not receive my full allocation of XP for completing a lesson. It promises 40xp but then at the end I am given 32xp for example.I would urge others to avoid the app. They were showcasing their new office on LinkedIn a few weeks ago. God knows why when no one replies to any communication.Avoid.

Expensive, bad UX and terrible support

Unfortunately, I have to agree with most of the reviews in here.The UX is clunky.Once you pay, support is only via email (even on the most advanced plan).The refund policy is just dumb, they made me pay for 10 months for something I won't be using.If your read this, dont fall into the Asana trap, it's expensive and not worth your money.

Horrible Experience. Never Again!

Please take the time to read this so you don't face the same problems with Dell that I did. Firstly, I have been a loyal Dell customer for over 10 years and it really saddens me to have to write this very very poor review of a company I once thought cared for its customers. If you plan on purchasing a laptop I'd suggest staying clear away from Dell to avoid any similar hassles like I did. A truly nightmarish experience. I recently ordered (in 2022) a Dell Inspiron 16 7620 2-in-1 laptop directly from Dell Australia. Within a day or two of very basic MS Office use the touchpad began to behave erratically and would start copying, pasting and deleting my work. I cannot explain how annoying this was when I was trying to finalise my thesis work and it kept copying and deleting my work. Absolutely infuriating.I also have bad sciatica which means that I have to do most of my work whilst laying down to keep my back etc stretched. This meant I could not even use a mouse, and was therefore extremely reliant on the touchpad which unfortunately failed me at every turn. I ran every Dell diagnostic test and everything showed up as "working", but the problem still persisted. My laptop was basically unusable which cost me a lot of funding for my research work and a hell of a lot of inconvenience. I contacted the Dell team several times and they finally accessed my device remotely to see what the problem was. They basically ran the same BIOS updates etc I had already done with no luck.They then decided to order me a palm-rest replacement which I was then informed could take over a month to arrive. After a few weeks I contacted Dell asking for an update and really gave them a piece of my mind.Miraculously, within 3 days I received a completely brand new laptop replacement (same specs as the original device), and I finally thought I was on a roll.Unfortunately, this brand new replacement device, within a day, presented with the exact same touchpad problems. I can only put this down to a manufacturing defect which probably explains why the product was on offer when I bought it (and is still on offer at the time of writing this review).After a hellish experience with the Dell technical team and social media team and I don't know how many other teams they have, I requested that to save time and alleviate some of the great inconvenience they had caused me, that Dell upgrades me to the 1TB version with the other exact same specs. It is only a slightly more expensive version. Mind you, this was also in the hope that it would not present with the same touchpad issues. I basically told them they had an opportunity to do the right thing for a customer they had really inconvenienced. I was promptly told that an upgraded offer was against company policy. And so I would be issued a refund as requested instead. I guess at the end of the day I should be grateful that they are processing a refund (fingers crossed). One thing is for sure though, I have lost my faith completely in Dell, and I will never be purchasing a Dell product ever again.

After leaving a voice message and feedback here. I did receive a call back from the company. There was a mis up with scheduling and i agreed for a second appoinment. the following week the sent out a technical to address our concerns. the work went smothly and they also gave me a break on the bill dure to the mix up. Everything seens to be working fine with no leaks. Bosed on how the handled their mistake and the discount for the work provided . I re- evaluated my review and gave 4 star from1.Had an appoinment and they never showed up or called. i Left a voice message on their machine to let them know I had an appoinment and they did not call me back. waiting for them was of time as far as i am concerned . the only reason I called this company was the reviews they had.
