After leaving a voice message and feedback here. I did receive a call back from the company. There was a mis up with scheduling and i agreed for a second appoinment. the following week the sent out a technical to address our concerns. the work went smothly and they also gave me a break on the bill dure to the mix up. Everything seens to be working fine with no leaks. Bosed on how the handled their mistake and the discount for the work provided . I re- evaluated my review and gave 4 star from1.Had an appoinment and they never showed up or called. i Left a voice message on their machine to let them know I had an appoinment and they did not call me back. waiting for them was of time as far as i am concerned . the only reason I called this company was the reviews they had.

Echo everything said on poor customer service and the terrible practice of banning customers for providing feedback or expressing their rights as consumers. In my case, a customer for 14 years and thousands of dollars, I was 'cancelled' for providing feedback on their RMA process (if you can call it that) and disputing a charge for a product I got that was DOA after being ignored by their support function for nearly two weeks. You might get lucky like me and never have to deal with their apathetic support function.... but if you do and want to stay a customer, you'll have to accept whatever atrocious level of support they can muster up that day and keep your mouth shut about it if you want to keep your account.

If I could give a GAZILLION STARS ✨ I would!What an amazing and surprising experience my daughter and I had today at the Ulta in Klamath Falls Oregon. Yes folks. Klamath Falls. This Ulta has a hidden gem by the name of “Tyler” and wow is he ever GOOD at what he loves to do!I came in needing a change and I left it all in Tyler’s hands and his immeasurable creativity was let loose. The transformation was nothing short of miraculous and I couldn’t have imagined it going so well. He is a Michelangelo and I think a wizard! I will never go to any other hairdresser ever. And to add the cherry on top he also performed hair services on our lovely special needs daughter. He treated her like a queen from beginning to end. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing and was going to do - made sure she was comfortable and then worked his magic. He also showed her how to use her new products and tools to keep her new coiff looking tip top until our next appointment. She still hasn’t stopped beaming from ear to ear. She has a new and wonderful friend in Tyler. If you’re looking for “that” hairdresser then you’ll find everything you’re looking for and more in Tyler.

I had an issue that my extension couldn't by unlock using my touch ID in my Mac. The support team was highly responsive and answer quick, guide me how to export a diagnose report that would help them Identify the issue and very quickly guide me what to do to solve it.I tryed a lot of things before reaching out to the support, including online search and forums but no one had a solution. The support team did it!

There's no customer service. Like, at all. Dead links, phone messages that disconnect the call, no live chat. I cancelled in May, was given assurance that it was cancelled. This month's credit card statement has a new charge of 89.99. I don't even have an account anymore as I closed it once it was cancelled, so why on earth would I still be getting charged? I've been submitting questions for a month, trying to get a confirmation number or something for my records to show the cancellation; nothing. I can't believe this is the epitome of a network system for business. i mean, not even one way to contact them?! if they had less of a name for themselves, I would call this an outright scam.
