Issuu.com is an absolute nightmare when it comes to billing and customer support. Their payment system is broken, their so-called "helpful" troubleshooting steps are useless, and their support team is either non-existent or deliberately ignoring customers.I followed every step they outlined to resolve my billing issue—guess what? None of them worked. I have now submitted multiple support tickets, yet I’m STILL waiting for an actual response that isn’t just an automated message. No resolution, no updates, just silence.At this point, it feels like Issuu is actively trying to make it impossible for customers to get their issues resolved. They’re happy to take your money, but if something goes wrong? Good luck. You'll be stuck in a loop of frustration, waiting for a reply that never comes.If you’re considering using Issuu, don’t. Their customer service is abysmal, their billing system is unreliable, and they clearly have no interest in supporting paying customers. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

I'm seeking help and regarding my domain transfer issue. Despite verifying my identity and maintaining an active subscription since until recently. I've been unable to obtain my domain from Shopify.Here's a summary of my experience:• Started domain transfer process in January • Verified identity and maintained active subscription • Last contact with Customer Support (CS) on September 12th • Received inconsistent information from multiple CS reps, Told me my domain is lost or can't be found, can't be transfer, the team is working on it, I have escalated the issues , I have grouped all your concerned and super escalated the issue . I will not stop until I get my domain, it is mine and I paid for it and I want • after contacting them on September 12, I Received a email stating both my domain is locked, preventing transfer • Promised escalation, but no progress after weeks/months I don't think anyone is really trying to help and they are all just laughing behind their screens!They have also blocked me from posting on their public forum by stating that I cannot post personal information. I have rewritten my post so many times and even decided to write the post about cats and they still stating I am posting personal information.This is just getting out of hand for one little domain, I just wanted to verify my identity and get my domain out of SHOPIFY!!!

Having used discord for several years now and having been a Booster(sucker) I cannot recommend it. audio is not consistent in either capture or playback for any user. Boosting a server to increase audio or video quality is a joke. It either does nothing or makes things worse. It is a sham. ZERO customer service for paying customers.
