This company is tricky. I was using the Free app, but somehow they started charging my AMEX card.A representative of Apple was supposed to help me to cancel the paid subscription (which I never asked for), instead she advised me the wrong way to cancel it. So it was as if I wanted the subscription.I found this a couple of days ago through a nice, honest representative of APPLE. She did apologise for the woman who guided me 😑 wrong!I’m very disappointed.
