DO NOT trust this company. They sent me a pair of shoes that looked used and were very damaged. The inside of the box had some kind of powder inside that I didn’t feel comfortable touching. I have no idea what it was. They then claimed they sent me a replacement (I never asked for one!) and gave me zero assistance other than to keep wasting my time and being insanely incompetent. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with for customer service. Avoid at all costs. Order elsewhere.

Getting worse and worse! Been a customer for 5 years. They have slowly and surely declined in service and recently its got really poor, something I can see others here are also experiencing. 1) Payment gateway broke - several times2) Features they are adding are next to useless for any marketer.3) They had an error which removed all long term keywords, this was resolved later though, but the explanation of it, made zero sense.4) Cancelled my account without authorisation.5) Really unfriendly payment systems, which they take no accountability for. Their customer service team really needs to be improved. They reply fast, but don't seem to read anything thats actually written. Go to majestic, better service.

I am glad to share my experience about OTTO. Like all companies, it has advantages and disadvantages. In my view the advantages outweigh the weak points, overall.Let's start with the shortcomings, so that we will close the discussion with the strong points of OTTO! I can tell sometime the delivery time is not exact and unfortunately it take longer than it's written on the website. Also a couple of times I was expecting my order but the Hermes postponed the delivery date (maybe this point has to do with the Hermes company not OTTO, but it was REALLY annoying).The benefits of OTTO are not limited! I can tell the website covers all different products. Amazingly enough, they trust on their costumers and you do not need to pay in advance! They have gifts and some discount for you! Also, you can easily buy all variety of products by installments!

After years of having my pages on jimdo they have deleted not only one page, but my whole account for unknown reasons and are not able to answer and react within 24 hours to my emails. I don't know what happened until now, so I will have to build new pages somewhere else and launch my shop there. A lot of work, just because they first react without explaining why or what happened.Forget German companies, they are bond by illegal laws again, rather chose one of the many worldwide solutions which offer often more.Edit after second blunt answer:Absolutely unprofessionell, unempathic and rudeHave got an extremly rude answer to my request in German after I have contacted the business team as the free-team does not answer for days after simply deleting my account, there is no will to solve or to talk from jimdos side, they don't even give me a copy of my data. Go somewhere else, this company is not trustworthy at all.Edit: I shall have insulted someone, they say, with content on one of my 6 pages... don't know which, don't know who, they would have problems to prove that. There are no clear names on any of my pages, would be interesting to know who feels insulted from what, but well, I got my pages already substituted... somewhere else, where hopefully more professionell people work, you can read twice here the manner in which they treat their customer and the impertinent answer... nothing but: we don't care about a user when someone we don't know writes an important looking letter with narcissist strategy", right? An abuse team that simply fails, when every nonentity can write a letter with assumptions and they react by deleting the problem and not talking with you. Can prove it, don't go there.No word about my data, that's a case for the UK data protection service, which has already been informed and data officially requested.

I did a pre-sale for a book,And even 2 months after the promised date of delivery:still no book.I have send e-mails and filed complaints, but after a while they even stopped reacting to them.Am I being to friendly?I really hope I get to see my book one day...Isn’t pre-sale something people do to get things faster then everyone else?Apparently they do not think so at bol.com

Over the years we have purchased multiple items from Best Buys in several different states. ( several TVs, $500 vacuums,inexpensive vacuums, Arlo cameras, mini refrig, Kindles,etc) Each "big purchase, we added the extended warranty with the understanding that AFTER the manufactures warranty ended, the Best Buy warranty would then cover the item for the # of years purchased. ie vacuum warranty with 4 year manufacture warranty plus purchased 3 year extended would give a 7 year coverage. Also with our previous vacuum, we were told do not need appointment, just bring the defective product in and it will be exchanged as long as any warranty is in place. So we have done this 2 previous times with vacuum cleaners. Well my current vacuum has bit the dust after 13 months. Expensive does not equate quality anymore. Apparently can't call into the store(no clear, understandable reason given.) You call a local # and get a call center with contact with a person with horrible Accent that is contentious and almost non-understandable. Now we are told that the extended warranty we paid for will run concurrently( at the same time as ) as manufacture warranty .(Not what we were told during purchase) Please someone tell me why I need to purchase extended if it runs out in the same amount of time. So when you find this out, and request a refund it is pro-rated.I guess customer buys a warranty to cover the warranty! Yep it covers "power surges" but my vacuum sits in closet, unused and not plugged in for 99.9% of the time. I am soo done with Worst Buy.

I needed to change the dates on a reservation and they said the only thing I could do was cancel the reservation for $0 refund and rebook the dates I wanted at full price. The hotel will not deal with you directly because you booked through a third party and the customer service always has to talk to "their booking company" to get a refund which they never give. I don't even know who is keeping my $350 (agoda, the hotel or this mysterious third company). Spend the extra $50 and book with the hotel you want directly. This company is much much worse than your standard booking company like hotels.com or kayak
