I'm also looking forward to my Alexa upgrade.Recently, I needed an inexpensive birthday present for a young boy whose parents rent from me. I couldn’t find the toys I wanted on other sites, as they couldn’t deliver before May 28th. Thankfully, I found what I needed on Amazon in time for the celebration!

Terrible support, takes over 24 hours even for the initial install, support is useless as the response is giving the customer a link to a webpage to go and read and learn yourself, no specific info. They don't tell you your email address links everything so when you buy multiple accounts watch out. Poor interface, design, over complicated, they don't care about providing service and prefer to cheat you out of months of use

I would recommend Mindbody to everyone. I used to use Bookwhen and changed over to Mindbody and the support has been incredible. They are very informative prior to making the decision and through the entire set up and transition process. The system is wonderful to use and since changing over, I've had no issues with clients struggling to use the system. There are lots of reports helping to give a deep understanding of what's happening with the business and as a business owner, it's easy to use and efficient, which has saved me lots of time in the week-to-week running of the business.I have had issues with my locations since opening and the team have been very understanding and considerate, which has made a stressful time for my business much easier.

the support team was non-existant, after being on the phone for an hour there was no indication of anything moving forward, and since theres absolutely no alternative way of contact, its clear that they are avoiding responsibility, hoping people give up calling them.as to what i was up to, their system bugged out and failed in collecting its payment, now i call to verbally verify new details(since nobody should ever send money based on an email)this is from denmark.

After a little bit of a learning curve, I find AC relatively easy to use and their customer service team is there for when I’m struggling. I do like the ability to integrate it into various systems like websites and the ability to create unique landing pages.
