This company demonstrates absolutely no concern for the financial security of its service users. I recently paid for an item, but the seller refused to post it or to communicate with me. Feedback for the seller documents a history of this form of theft. I brought this to the attention of Depop, asking them to remove the seller. By refusing to do so, Depop is knowingly engaging in the facilitation of theft, while also demonstrating no concern for its service users. I have therefore reported Depop to the National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre (UK) and would urge Depop customers who have had similar experiences to do the same.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I can't understand what the representatives are saying half of the time and they continuously redirect me to other representatives. They have also asked me my security questions multiple times, and after answering them correctly, they tell me they cannot verify my identity and just redirect me to someone else. I was also denied a bank transfer from an external account, TWICE. After calling them the first time, the rep literally told me to do exactly what I did the first time and it should work. Lo and behold it didn't. Overall, things are made way too complicated when they really don't need to be and the customer service is absolutely no help and I'm forced to always go into my nearest branch to get things sorted out.

But one day, without warning, my account was suspended while I was simply editing a price. No explanation. No communication. I was left in the dark, unable to reach a representative for answers. Redbubble's actions speak volumes—this company does not support the very people it claims to celebrate.

Not only was the telephone connection awful, but I felt like I was speaking to a robot (in some foreign country's call center) reading from a script. The fraud agent did not fully comprehend my issue, and I certainly had a difficult time understanding her English. These people are taught one way and one way only to deal with a particular problem, which in my case was unsatisfactory. SHAME ON YOU MASTERCARD! You need to train the people you hire in developing countries on a much higher level to deal with Americans, where you reap the majority of your profits! Meanwhile, your poor workers likely get paid a pittance, while we, your customers, are forced to engage in what are often long and highly frustrating dialogues resulting in unsolved problems. It's not their fault, MASTERCARD, it's YOURS!

This program is trash. its slow ,opens in several windows and spams you with a bunch of other programs. the connection is trash and half the time everyone sounds like a robot. absolutely no functions to adjust the call in anyway except a mute button.

I have placed 3 different orders from Ulta Beauty online since the end of April. I have only received 2 packages and the package from my first order never came. It was at first delayed for more than 2 weeks, but this specific package never made it to my front porch. I contacted customer service and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it because it is said that the package was delivered. I emailed them to let them know that I never received 1 of my 3 orders. I even placed several calls to customer service and waited for more than an hour to finally speak with someone. And despite all of this hassle the supervisor, Anastasia L. said that she was sorry but she couldn't replace or refund me. Now I am frustrated and very upset because money doesn't fall from the trees. Also I never order online, I always go in the store and make my purchases, because I am not a big fan of online shopping. Because of covid-19 all the stores are closed in NY and no curbside pickup available. I find myself ordering over the internet because I really needed some foundation and other few items Now for customer service's supervisor Anastasia L. to tell me that the package was successfully delivered while there wasn't any signature requested is outrageous, because I was at work ( essential eorker ) and I live alone. And also due to the fact that I have alerted them since the day I was supposed to receive the package, to let them know that the package never came is more frustrating. I work very hard for my coins and now most of people in NY are out of job. Therefore I find it inconceivable for Ulta Beauty to think that because we are essential workers, we can afford to throw money out of the window like that. Also for Ulta Beauty to just charge people's card for items never received is outrageous and shameful.Please help we are essential workers not stealers, we work very very hard for our money. All of you guys out there ordering from Ulta Beauty please be aware of what is going on with this company. I hope this review reaches corporate because I cannot loose the amout of money that my package was worth.. Tara G.

I have only had good experiences with Dashlane, customer service and the product itself. Yes there have been a couple times after a software release that problems existed but being a retired software engineer I can relate to it and understand it. The problems were dealt with quickly so I am happy :-)
