I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with Agoda’s service. Despite the hotel clearly stating they are willing to refund me free of charge, Agoda is outright refusing to return my money. It’s beyond upsetting that even after the hotel directly emailed Agoda to confirm the refund, they still refuse to follow through.This experience shows a complete disregard for both customer satisfaction and the hotel’s own refund policy. Agoda is clearly more interested in keeping the money than doing what’s fair and right. I’ve never dealt with such poor and uncooperative service — it’s incredibly disheartening and unprofessional.
