Worst selling app I’ve used. Permanently deleted my account because it “broke our company guidelines” when I asked to see what guidelines I broke, they then couldn’t give me a full explanation. After the appeal they said the decision was final and have deleted my account which had over 11k followers. Considering the item was up for sale for 18 months before the issue, it’s comical how badly run and managed the company is. Money takes way too long to enter account. A fair few customers would break or damage intact items and even when proving the item was in perfect condition before send off, they still side with the customer giving them a full refund and me a unsellable item. STICK TO VINTED!!!
Review of crunchbase
I am trying to subscribe to a business license and the sales person is slow and not at all customer focused. Plus what the website is saying and what the sales person is telling me seems different. This has been the worst purchasing experience I can remember. Also, if you are an APAC customer, your avaialble slots for a conversation with sales, is often around 3-4am. Crunchbase needs to improve on this and maybe have customer care agents in Asian time zones to allow for more reasonable call times for customers.

Review of asos
Absolutely despicable customer service. They sent me a faulty item (two right footed shoes!) They sent me a replacement pair the next day when I complained. The shoes cost £59 and I kept them but they then charged me £3.95 for returning the faulty item, which I had no choice but to return! I have been passed around numerous customer service agents when complaining, each giving me the same robotic unhelpful answer. It’s sad that ASOS would rather steal £3.95 from a loyal paying customer than provide good customer service. I will not be buying from them again, I hope they realise poor customer service costs them future sales… such a shame.
Review of thumbtack
It has been easy to find good services and I like that Thumbtack has already done backgrounds on the people. I also depend heavily on the rating system and reviews. What I don't like is that you apparently charge contractors just for responding to me before I have chosen them. I keep hearing it from them and feel like I'm getting the blame. You should make that clear to the user so that we don't send our multiple requests when it may not even be needed. The fact that you instead suggest sending the request to additional people is disingenuous.

My husbands account was hacked awhile back and he contacted PlayStation as soon as it happened. He got in touch with the fraud line , they told him they would be able to pay the $97 since they were able to verify that he was not the person who purchased two games since the purchases came from a PlayStation 5 and he does not own a PlayStation 5. He called a few months ago and they said they would unlock his account and it would take 3 days. He never got a call back . Today, he called and PlayStation customer service said fraud had denied his request because it happened back in 2022, WHICH AGAIN HE CONTACTED THEM RIGHT AFTER HIS ACCOUNT WAS HACKED, so now PlayStation said they will only unlock his account if he pays the $97 for something he NEVER BOUGHT TO BEGIN WITH.

I’m very unhappy, I’ve been so excited about getting my dna results and I received an email saying my results are in but when I got to see it says I haven’t taken taken my dna and sends me to a page to purchase a kit. I’ve already done the whole process and I’m so mad!!

Review of hotels
I booked a hotel room in Kerala, India for 5 days through hotels.com. The webpage showed the room booked has air-conditioning. After the booking is completed, I contacted the hotel and they informed that room booked is a non AC room. I spoke with two hotel.com representatives before arrival and they agreed to contact the hotel and sort this out. None of them reached back to me. Upon arrival, the hotel assigned me a non AC room on the top floor. It was impossible to stay in that room with temperature soaring to 96 degrees. Although, I agreed to pay the difference to get an AC room, the hotel wanted me to make a new reservation with full payment without any credit for the payment already made. I had to move to another hotel to end the nightmare. Never heard back from Hotels.com. Always book directly with hotels and not with any middleman like Hotels.com. Poor customer service, unable to cancel or revise any booking even if their website description is wring.
