Without any prominent reminder, it expired silently.When I contacted support, they acknowledged my concern but refused to reinstate or offer even a partial goodwill gesture. I was told "this is the maximum we can offer," which felt dismissive and robotic.Letting earned cashback from paid bookings expire—without warning—is not just poor practice, it’s unfair. It’s not a promotional discount; it’s a form of refund or loyalty return that customers trust. Agoda should prioritize long-term customer satisfaction over inflexible policy enforcement.This experience has made me lose trust in Agoda’s rewards system and customer service approach. I’ll be reconsidering my future bookings and encouraging others to check policies carefully before using Agoda.
