If I could give a minus star, that would be a more accurate rating.The information on your site really isn't helpful. A platform with no customer service is of no use to customers. Simple as that. At least be honest on your information pages instead of wasting peoples time. You need to state quite simply on your site that you cannot help people. You're wasting a lot of peoples time and patience by making them click around forever looking for answers. I won't be using Eventbrite again. So it would be too little too late anyway. But perhaps it will help stop you from losing more custom for those who've not had any issues yet (the key word being 'yet')

We purchased an iron board and iron board cover from Philips online shop on 3rd Jan 2017 which was delivered to us around 10th Jan. We discovered that the board was damaged and that it already came with a cover on it. So we contacted th company to replace the damaged board and return the extra board cover we had ordered. The company sent us shipping labels for the replacement and return items for UPS delivery services and we returned the items. Philips later sent us confirmations that they have received the items on 17 Jan 2017 (which was confirmed by email) and when I called them, they confirmed that they had received both items and will process a replacement for the board and a return of the extra iron board cover. They confirmed by email on 19 Jan 2017 that the refund for the cover will be processed in two days. We have received out new iron board in the mail but Philips has failed to refund the amounts due to us for the cover which was successfully returned to them. We have been calling them every week since the promise of refund (19/01/17) and we hear a different story each week about the delay or the human error or that they havent received the item yet (desipite already confirming that they have received it). Each week they promise that the refund will come in 2-days but that is yet to happen. We have now moved to complaining to the local consumer protection agencies.

I had no problem with them. I like the site, there are so many products and shipping is fast. However I can give them only 4 stars, because they keep calling me and they send me everytime new magazine or voucher which is for children, so I can´t use them. Try to spare some paper for this, if I want to buy I would go to your website anyway I don`t need your latest magazine.

I returned my order and this was received on 25/5/22.They stipulate 14 days (not working days) for a refund. With no acknowledgement of the receipt of my return and now no refund…I am not happy.It’s not great practice to have to chase up my refund and I wonder how many customers don’t even realise they haven’t been refunded.It’s theft. REFUND ME MY MONEY.

Loved the slightly overwhelming amount of choices - I was able to find the perfect font for our campground logo! Super easy to purchase and install, the licensing regulations were clear and understandable, and I was able to take the font over to a third party design program to build our website!My only suggestion is to have an Intro to Fonts guide for newbies to navigate the search feature. I had to go through every single filter option to figure out how to describe the font I was looking for and that took a long time, even for a perfectionist with analysis paralysis.Found the right one in the end, though! It was smooth sailing from there.

Agoda charged me for a room on April 24 at the Royal Kamak Hotel in Accra, Ghana. Upon arrival, the desk clerk said they did not receive payment and I would have to pay it in cash and he charged me more for the room. Agoda asked for the receipt from the desk clerk, which I provided. I have not heard from them, despite numerous messages I've sent to them, and when I look at my bookings, they removed that booking from my account. Thieves and crooks.

I have always been passionate about computer science and always wanted to learn programming, but never knew how to start or what path should i walk on, i took many online courses but they weren't enough, as I would forget the syntax days after.Studying at Udacity is different, as they provide you with the work-lab you have everything embedded in your browser, so you do not have to download other apps to your pc (especially if you are using unsupported OS), the videos are so informative, there are plenty of quizzes and lastly the leaderboard which makes the students competitive and motivated,I would love to thank AWS for the opportunity to get a scholarship for this nanodegree, I appreciate it.

I tried to buy a new S24 Ultra from their website to take advantage of some special discounts. I could get the price I wanted, but could not process the purchase due to some glitch in my phone. Tried my desktop with similar results. Called customer service and was shuffled back snd forth between tech support, sales, and account management. Reps were polite but could not solve the problem.Finally I asked to "escalste" the problem to a more senior representative. When I spoke to her, she promised to find a way around the problem and she finally did. Gave me an extra $150 discount. In the end I am satisfied but it took days to resolve.

You will enjoy the stories published on Medium Daily Digest if you enjoy pandering to the far left: Trump haters, America sucks, and the constitution is just drivel with stories written by self-righteous, egoist author's who enjoy virtue signaling from their pulpit. They care more about incendiary rhetoric than anything factual. It seems more like a forum for prepubescent adolescents who are mad at the world without any real understanding of it. In addition, articles that do not support their progressive, Anti-American rhetoric are quickly removed, censored or banned all together. Medium also restricts the number of comments that can be made to stories unless you pay them for the privilege. Medium is like Facebook without the emoji's and opportunities to really be able to respond to comments or stories. Medium is a great platform to reinforce strong beliefs already held by the far leaning left who embrace socialism, hate Trump and America, and seem to be interested in little else. Medium does very little if nothing to actually make you "smarter" as they claim on their site. It is laughable.

I have ordered through Amazon for years and service always been excellent until now. A product was never delivered by Evri, went missing and this has been confirmed by Evri, Amazon refuse to refund as they say the product is delivered and on appeal they say the same thing despite me proving Evri never delivered and the seller who has now had negative feedback due to not responding to me have said they will refund me if i remove feedback, that is blackmail so the review will remain, very disapointed with Amazon and no doubt it will take hours to resolve.
