If I could give a minus star, that would be a more accurate rating.The information on your site really isn't helpful. A platform with no customer service is of no use to customers. Simple as that. At least be honest on your information pages instead of wasting peoples time. You need to state quite simply on your site that you cannot help people. You're wasting a lot of peoples time and patience by making them click around forever looking for answers. I won't be using Eventbrite again. So it would be too little too late anyway. But perhaps it will help stop you from losing more custom for those who've not had any issues yet (the key word being 'yet')
