Agoda charged me for a room on April 24 at the Royal Kamak Hotel in Accra, Ghana. Upon arrival, the desk clerk said they did not receive payment and I would have to pay it in cash and he charged me more for the room. Agoda asked for the receipt from the desk clerk, which I provided. I have not heard from them, despite numerous messages I've sent to them, and when I look at my bookings, they removed that booking from my account. Thieves and crooks.
