I have been ripped off for hundreds of pounds by this organisation . They do not adhere to their own contract and do not respond to questions about failed projects ..they are supposed to hold funding until they have checked that companies are on schedule and ready to send but they do not and after their partner has run off with your money they deny responsibility . Don't risk itUpdate They invited me to contact their customer happiness team and this is the insult of a reply I received from them. I'm no happier. The campaign said guaranteed delivery for this product so why are they not reimbursing me for not checking the progress? My order was locked which Indiegogo claim is the endpoint of the risk associated with crowdfunding and the stock is ready to send. So where is it ? There are hundreds of complaints on the campaign page . So they took it down.

The IKEA shop is fine, but the delivery service from IKEA is such a mess/disaster (having experienced it several times in the Netherlands)!Having recently ordered a desk, it first got delayed twice (1st time: the driver had sickness or so which can happen, 2nd time: there were too much traffic on the road), having to re-schedule it, followed by a final cancellation due to the parcel being "damaged during transportation".Despite receiving a voucher (of about 4 euros, youpi!), it is impossible to feel satisfied by that service.The last time I experienced this was 2 years ago, ordering more than 800 euros of furniture. I waited at the ground floor and saw the truck coming, waiting 1 min, then suddenly going away. I received a message stating "the parcel could not be delivered"! I had to spend so much time on the phone with IKEA hotline, to re-schedule, etc. Such a waste of time/energy/money...!No improvement has been achieved by their service for the last 2 years which is surprising.Even though I was born in Sweden, I cannot stay silent.Either you deliver PROPERLY 3 weeks after having ordered OR YOU JUST DON'T DELIVER.Boiling regards.

Completely useless customer service, Microsoft blocked my email then Nexus sent a verification message to said email (which I cannot access) when I tried to log in. they could/would not help, I have now lost access to both my email account and my nexus account. Thanks for nothing Nexus.

Do not buy express delivery. It’s a rip off (£10) and I ordered my GoPro express delivery and then a lense mod on standard delivery the next day. They arrived at the same time, around 4 days later, so I requested a refund of express delivery cost (especially as standard delivery says 2-3 days online). They’ve now said that express delivery is 3 (?) days here and refusing to give me a refund despite the fact I clearly didn’t have to pay for express delivery. They seem to be ignoring my email after I challenged the decision, too. Product is great; customer service is not.

I woke up this morning to find my pinterest account on the sign in page for no reason whatsoever. When I inserted my details I found that it had deleted my entire history, all my pins and boards that I collected over the years. I immediately deleted my account. Pinterest sucks.

I had a horrible experience with Uber in Naples, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. I feel like I’ve been completely scammed by both Uber and their local partner, itTaxi.On April 6, 2024, I took a ride with itTaxi, booked through Uber. The journey was about 12 km and lasted only 27 minutes. The final taximeter reading was €37.44, which is already a normal fare for Naples. However, Uber charged me a shocking €87.00.At first, Uber tried to say that the final price was based on the taximeter reading. But when I provided photos showing the taximeter reading at €37.44, they suddenly claimed there was a "double urban rate charge". This is absolute nonsense – anyone who knows basic math can see that doubling €37.44 would bring it to about €75, not €87! Uber lied and couldn’t justify the charge.I demanded a breakdown of the fare, but Uber failed to provide any. They told me to contact itTaxi directly. But when I did, I was completely ignored. itTaxi is a ghost—they don’t respond to emails, and now I’m stuck with no answers and no support.This entire experience was a scam. Uber should be ashamed of allowing this kind of behavior in their system. I will never use Uber again in Naples, and I strongly urge you not to as well.
