Review of buzzsprout
Buzzsprout is quite easy to use and learn. It makes uploading podcasts easy. Plus it connects you to all of the outlets for distribution. So you upload once and know it's gone everywhere - Spotify, Apple, Audible etc. The Stats are great and full of info. The only issue I can foresee is that you pay monthly, there's no yearly subscription. In reality, as such, they hold your episodes and remove them when you don't pay. In the future if podcasts become as big as YouTube then they could hold your past episodes for ransom by charging whatever they like to distribute. Of course you have originals but ???This may just be the pessimist in me - and all the hosts are probably the same.
Review of att
Charger wears quickly so that connection is loose and hard to charge as plug keeps coming out of hole. Also on this year old galaxy phone, the earbud connection doesn't work anymore so you can't hear audio through earbuds. Tried three different sets of earbuds
Review of ahrefs
ahrefs used to be good and had a great price, today you have to pay more than twice the amount and the service is getting slower and slower.Iam using ahrefs for years now, had the 99$ subscription a long time. now the price for almost the same setup is around 250$, and I was willing to pay that too but now Iam experiencing a very slow service day by day since I've subscribed last week. When you complain, they tell you they can't afford Service Level Aggreements so they are not able to give me a discount or anything for slow services. My result is, I will use SEMRush in the future. It has all the same functions but seems to be way faster as I had the chance to take a deep look into this software a friend of mine is using.so bye Ahrefs. Its sad but the truth. I loved the tool but its of no use if you have to wait 10+ seconds for every click you make.

Review of seekingalpha
Seeking Alpha is probably one of the best news feeds for your money, not only does it give up to date information on markets, the quality of research and independent analysts makes Seeking Alpha a stand out from all the noise out there. If I had to start from the beginning based on over 25 years of trading, Seeking Alpha has certainly aided my stock decision making in a very positive way.
Review of intuit
The person who called me was very helpful and patient even when I was getting a bit frustrated because the issue we had wasn't being resolved. Turns out I wasn't giving him all the information (from our client) and he was correct in what he was telling me, without him losing patience with me.

Review of nest
Bought 2 third gen nests to replace my 1st gen as I wanted the hot water feature. Arranged for a nest approved installer who came and installed them. Found out later that he did not install the hot water element of the device contacted the installer and the engineer both of which said it was my fault because I should have been specific and instead of asking for it to be installed I should have said can you install the heating and water cables to the 3rd gen. I have spent £280 for the nests and another £180 for installation and will need to spend another £180 to get them installed properly. If I knew this I would never have bought them, what a waste and nest support are useless they have no interest in solving the problem. One even tried to convince me I had a combi boiler when I dont to justify why it wasn't installed.

My partners was recruited by the NHS from overseas as a GP and placed her daughter when new to the UK to a private fee paying school. They never complied with their own admissions policy and without any checks and despite the fact she was only 15 yrs 2 months when she sat her last exams and a good 14 months before having sat any GCSE equivalents. They put her daughter firstly into AS Levels then another post GCSE course : she as expected failed both having dyslexia dyspraxia ADHD and essential tremors. The child aged 16 was then placed in an environment that was completely unsuitable academically for her and would abscond as soon as she was dropped off each day. The parent was never told and after failing all AS levels the Deputy Head knowing she had no GCSEs and limited English suggested she resits the same AS levels or a University Foundation Course and even said he would check suitability - did he heck- thy just wanted the £££. The parent was billed another £25k and the Deputy Head placed the child under immense psychological pressure onto the UFC to the extent she came home daily and one day and tried to commit suicide by an overdose of some 30-40 tablets. Thankfully the mother came home in time from work took medical action but one hour later could have been fatal. The School closed ranks and the ISI proved indifferent despite the fact a Subject Access Request was raised at both the school and ISI to see if answers matched as every request for disclosure and academic authentication have been evaded by the school and the answers given failed scrutiny. The ISI Head of Legal and Safeguarding confirmed that there was no disclosure of the child's suicide attempt to the Inspectorate as 5 inspectors went to the school where they failed it on leadership and management and risk assessments, but the school when asked the same specific question whether her daughters suicide attempt was disclosed to these Inspectors who had just failed the Directors of the school on those management leadership risk assessments and countless other areas. And guess what their answer when disclosed only replied to a very specific question that stated 'no documents were hidden' from the inspectors by the school: thereby evading the question but any disclosure of a childs suicide would be recorded along with a risk assessment and why - all of which was shared with the ICO.So all bound couriered and shared with the ICO and guess what like almost everyone else reporting here they did nothing. Just waffled around set piece answers instead of investigating why the Schools data protection officer would blatantly mislead on a Subject Access Request that the Independent Schools Inspectorate contradicted and this is from their Head of Legal and Safeguarding. This dishonesty on a subject access request by the school claiming they disclosed the documents that recorded the child's suicide attempt let alone any attempt to get disclosure of who authenticated the child's academic suitability for two courses that she never met the entry criteria for were detailed, bound and in A3 and shared with the ICO including new commissioner John Edwards and they have frankly proved as collectively useless as they are complicit with turning a blind eye. The answers are vague and lack the attention to detail that would have shown dishonesty in s subject access request. The school lied to the parent and the ISI Inspectors knew about it : the ICO simply waffled around the subject failed to enforce disclosure and doing nothing . they have a few who are blatantly using it to gain poor quality experience yet cannot seem to grasp essentials or overstep the mark...that they lied as something as serious as a teenage girls suicide attempt needs tracking but the ICO is a joke and its mainly poorly paid poorly trained staff effectively script read the answers and don't do a great deal.

Deceptive and unscrupulous. If you buy one of the 0.99 courses it automatically comes with a subscription where if forget to cancel before the trial period even if you didn't use the course you'll be charged hundreds of dollars and cannot get your money back. They give you an option to "ask for a refund" but then get an automated answer that points to their terms where you don't get a refund. In my case we paid for a subscription for a course we never used that cost over 300 USD.

Review of aliexpress
I bought a Dewalt brushless Air Blower which arrived in a reasonable time and looked to be unscathed by the transport process. However, after testing the blower it cuts out at about 60-70% of full speed. I tried to follow their return process, but it responded by saying: "Thank you for choosing our service! We have reviewed your submitted Return/Refund Application (Order No.:8201322904798360) and deeply value your feedback.Unfortunately, upon internal verification, the information currently provided does not clearly demonstrate the issue at hand, and we regret to inform you that the refund process cannot be completed at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To resolve this matter, we kindly ask you to resubmit your return/refund request within the validity period of the post-sale protection for the product. Please ensure the resubmitted application includes clear photos or videos clearly showing the product’s issue, which will expedite our review process.Once again, we apologize for the difficulty encountered during this process and remain fully committed to resolving your concern. We sincerely hope to collaborate efficiently to ensure a satisfactory outcome for you.Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team."This items cost $50 and the out of pocket in terms of time involved in pick-up, repack, print docket, return to post office and write a few responses/reviews, make the whole exercise not cost effective. And I think thier system relies on customers getting frustrated and giving up. Which I have! Just felt to warn others. 25/06/25 updated response:Thanks for the quick reply! Seems you keep a better eye on your reviews than your customers. I still haven't had any emails; however, you've found time to respond to my review. Platitudes in proforma responses are not fooling anyone these days. Genuine effort to communicate with the customer in a timely fashion is all that is going to make this problem go away.
Review of venmo
Venmo’s customer service is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve sent multiple emails about money disappearing from my account and each time they refer to the wrong transfer as if they are claiming my money was never there. Their customer service is highly unintelligent. I would not recommend to anyone.
Review of playstation
Had to send a PS5 for repair and after paying the repair fee (repair wasnt covered by warranty) they send me a replacement console. Unfortunately there was a issue with it so they requested I return it again (all at no cost to me) Within 2 weeks I had a new console. Customer services were excellent throughout. Cant praise them highly enough.
Review of playstation
It's an ok alternative to using the storefront on your console. It used to be better when it also supported both the PS3 and the Vita digital stores (they're still going on the consoles). Prices are also hit and miss. Why digital games are now as expensive as physical games is a mystery to me. Wasn't the storefronts supposed to allow for cheaper games due to the lack of physical media, transport, import fees, etc? My advise is no matter the price of the game or if it's in their sales, always shop around with the physical retailers before buying on the PSN. PlayStation support can be hit or miss with their timing and helpfulness. Somethings like refunds can be done through online forums. But from my experience most problems require a call to PlayStation support, where you'll be waiting in a queue for ages just to speak to someone who'll need to raise the ticket with someone else internally. Afterwards it's then 50%/50% if they'll then sort out your issue.

Review of lyft
After using Lyft for a while, I find it imperative to share my experiences, especially when it comes to their customer service. It's been nothing short of disappointing. Reaching out for clarification on issues or general inquiries has felt like navigating a maze, with no clear direction or prompt responses. The most alarming concern is the appearance of unexplained charges days after a ride. It's unsettling not to have clear visibility on billing, and even more so when there isn't an efficient customer service mechanism to clarify or rectify such issues. For those considering using Lyft, I would strongly advise caution. It's important to keep a close eye on your bank statements and be prepared for potential unexplained charges. Given my experiences, I would recommend exploring other ride-sharing options where transparency and efficiency in customer service are prioritized.
