Venmo’s customer service is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve sent multiple emails about money disappearing from my account and each time they refer to the wrong transfer as if they are claiming my money was never there. Their customer service is highly unintelligent. I would not recommend to anyone.
