Had to send a PS5 for repair and after paying the repair fee (repair wasnt covered by warranty) they send me a replacement console. Unfortunately there was a issue with it so they requested I return it again (all at no cost to me) Within 2 weeks I had a new console. Customer services were excellent throughout. Cant praise them highly enough.
