Computer Says NO

Signed up, then realised it was going to be significantly more expensive than my current provider, assumed I'd get a pro rata refund - but no. Immediately customer service are quoting their terms and conditions, it's not really about the money, as soon as a company has a pre packaged response quoting T&C's you know they get this a lot. Clearly customer service isn't a priorityInteresting - when I ask CS I get nothing, suddenly when I post here they want to hear my concerns. Issue a refund please.

Stole my money & are ignoring my messages

Took my money and never sent a ticket for the event. When I contacted the event host they said I wasn’t registered. The money was taken from my account and now no one is replying to me even though I have sent proof.

Review of deezer

Love it!

I cannot tell how much I love Deezer, especially mixes and recommendations. I mainly listen to it at work and what I want is a continuous playlist of tracks that I like and similar ones that I have never heard. The recommendations are so good and predictive that often they offer me tracks that I used to love in the past and then completely forgot about them (and I've never listened to them on Deezer). Thanks to these recommendations, I also discovered many new favourite tracks and artists.Of course, there are a few drawbacks, no one is perfect. For example, the music library misses some of my favourite but unpopular tracks. I guess, no service can have all the music in the world.All in all, I am very happy about the service and recommend it to all my friends.

Untrustworthy

AT&T could not be more predatory. When they want your business, you'll see them every single day. But when you are trying to leave their service, it will be near impossible to reach anyone. I have wasted so many hours of my life going back & forth with them, only to be given false transfer PINs and false account numbers. Additionally, they've had so many data breaches that I really don't trust them with my info. For nearly $100/month, you'd think I could at least receive good customer service. But all I've gotten is lies. Don't get sucked into their trap.

Ive always love Amazon untill know when one refuse give money back for a delivery never got then rung up about an order i never placed refuse to help and even take the ref number had in form my bank not happy ive close my account down as no longer feel safe be careful with amazon.

I should of had a delivery today but the driver took it to the wrong address l have it on cctv lve reported it to amazon customer service or lack of it ld get more sense out of a brick wall they want me to wait 24 hours to sort it out WHY it's at the wrong address just ring the driver and send him back l reported it within 10 minutes waste of time

worst experience

worst experience. There is no security updates on time , camera freeze alot . very bad power backup and lots of issues in charging. Customer service is even worse then there product. Nokia product became the most vulnerable product ever.

I made mistake again

I made mistake again ! Gave it 6 months and tried drive through Macdonald's Newhaven Sussex. Sat 14 /12 asked for 2 big Mac .PARK IN CAR PARK !!!! How long I asked ,as long as it takes !! That doesn't answer my question. It won't be long as much as takes with a smirk .over 20 minutes .I use them all over it's always Newhaven 👎🤔 there mantra PARK IN CAR PARK.

The reporters and presenters are absolutly the worst hands down i have never seen such biaz before. I will never support or watch CNN again even if my life depends on it. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH

I wish this had a NO STAR option!

I wish this had a NO STAR option!I booked through their website and immediately received an email to say that the booking hadn't gone through. I contacted PayPal and agoda to ask and they said that the booking hadn't been confirmed and had been cancelled by them. They said that the money would not come out. The next day, I received a confirmation that the payment had come out and confirmation of a room being booked. By this time I had already booked another room with a different company. The customer service team are now saying that the booking was never cancelled and they have no record that I spoke to anyone as the booking ID was different. I am still in the process of trying to get the money back.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

common sense

My identity was compromised last October. 7 fraudulent charges were made on my Venmo account in 5 mins to a vendor that doesn't exist on the internet and I've never heard of. The 7 transactions were for 20 dollars apiece all made in the same 5 mins. My phone binged 7 times to let me know I was making purchases in California and I live in DC, so I reported it immediately. Reported my venmo card or account as compromised. I got a new card and new account number set up and Venmo issued me temporary credit to cover the funds that were stolen. Then 2 months later I got an email saying an investigation was done and that out of the 7 transactions, 3 were fraudulent. but 4 of them were authorized. So they will take the temporary credits they issued back. When I asked about the investigation they were rude, ugly, short, coy, and downright deceptive. They lied to me, ran me around, and just stopped responding. They never answered my question.My question is just common sense. They investigated 7 transactions. All exactly the same. Same time. Same place. Same merchant, same fraudulent report. But the body that did the investigation ruled 2 different ways on the exact same thing. And when I emailed and called and asked how that is, they were coy, rude, short, and dismissive like I didn't have clue. I even told them if you explain this to me at all, I'll give you the money back and keep being a user. I use Venmo a lot, like a lot. I like the service. The 100 or so dollars is not the end of the world to me, but it's the common sense of the thing and the way I've been treated and handled when asking simple questions. They basically told me to go fly a kite they don't have to explain anything they don't want too and demanded I make funds available to them to recover the temporary credits they issed. Its a hundred dollars in the balance, that's what this is over. I use this service daily, tons of movement on my account, i have a venmo card and use it at the store all the time, I really enjoy the service. But since they won't respond to me, there are plenty of other services just like them that I'll give my business too. This company doesn't give 2 cents about its users. It's shady, dishonest, and openly rude. That's my experience with them at least. My warning is don't be surprised if they steal from you. Because they want to, and will every opportunity they have.

Hi, we have been members of the NT for around 8 years, we continued our membership during the Covid lock downs, when many people cancelled because the attractions weren't open, so, I am rather shocked to find the trust trying to make up for lost revenue by overcharging on refreshments at parks, and even charging more to see recently opened additions to a property, this would be bad enough in normal times, but it's is particularly bad during the current economic climate.We're aware the price of tea and coffee etc have increased in price, but you even charge 15p for the use of a disposable cup on top of the £3.00 for a coffee. Not impressed, NT!

Review of cengage

My college uses this terrible program.

My college uses Cengage. My grade in an easy email & presentation class is getting worse and worse because of how GLITCHY and terrible Cengage is. I submitted an assignment where I have recreate a presentation based off of instructions. Cengage manually graded it. On the first submission I got a 60 because of the placement of certain photos. I redid it. Slightly better grade but photo positioning was still off. I redid it again. I fixed everything but now previous slides that were identical to my third submission were wrong, when it was identical to my previous submission. so my grade went from a 60 to an 88 to a 60. Also on quizzes some questions are marked wrong when they’re right. I have screenshots with proof. I’m paying to go to college and this program is giving me a bad grade when I’m answering things right. I hope no one ever has to use this godforsaken program.
