Seriously need to sort out their platform and customer online chat and phone support. They continuously "Leave the chat" when you are stating your request for help, even if they agree not to. Phone support, ring to sweeten you up to finish your listing saying that they will import all the information of your listing from other booking platforms and even say its been completed and they never do it. Do not recommend BRBO or BookaBach as a helpful place to list your property

(Text in English further below)Man schreibt dem Support mehrmals täglich das man eine Unterkunft hat in welcher das Zimmer komplett verdreckt ist (Böden, Wände, Fenster, Bettlaken, Kühlschrank, Möbel) dass das Bad komplett verdreckt und Schimmlig ist (Gesundheitsgefahr!!!) und das einzige was der Support nach einem halben Tag zusammengebracht hat außer zu vertrösten und mitzuteilen das die Ressourcen begrenzt sind ist genau garnichts, das der Gastgeber der Unterkunft sein Appartement so überhaupt anbietet ist schon ein starkes Stück aber das die Buchungsplatform Vrbo trotz Gefährdung der Gesundheit nach einem bald ganzen Tag nichts weiter zusammenbekommt als in mehreren Anfragen nur zu vertrösten riecht gewaltig nach Beihilfe zum Betrug (Es gilt die Unschuldsvermutung), somit ist dem Unternehmen wohl das Geld wichtiger als die Gesundheit seiner Kunden, einfach nur unfassbar sowas! 🥶PS: Vrbo falls ihr auf die Bewertung antwortet dann erspart es mir eure Telefonnummern und E-Mail Adressen mitzuteilen um an den Support zu gelangen, eine Komplette Rückerstattung oder eine Alternativunterkunft würden mir deutlich mehr helfen, Danke.English: You write to the support several times a day that you have an accommodation in which the room is completely dirty (floors, walls, windows, sheets, fridge, furniture) that the bathroom is completely dirty and mouldy (health hazard!!!!) and the only thing the support team managed to do after half a day, apart from putting you off and telling you that resources are limited, is exactly nothing, the fact that the host of the accommodation offers his flat at all is a strong piece, but the fact that the booking platform Vrbo, despite endangering your health, can't get anything else together after almost a whole day than just putting you off in several requests smells a lot like aiding and abetting fraud (the presumption of innocence applies), so the company is probably more important to the money than the health of its customers, just unbelievable! 🥶PS: Vrbo if you reply to the review please spare me your phone numbers and email addresses to contact support, a full refund or alternative accommodation would help me a lot more, thank you.

Also more than one of the links they send are not active links, its very embarassing for them, but hey they dont care, they get their money anyway...

I did not have the Yoast Pro version and was not entitled to 24 hour chat or email support. I thought I had lost access to Yoast and emailed support explaining my dissapointment. An Engineer Mikhael correctly noticed that I was trying to access Yoast outside of the elementor editor page, I did not know what he meant but he was kind enough to take the time and incude a couple of diagrams and like magic I had access to Yoast that gave excellent insight into my Pages SEO traffic lights again. It was a one time courtesy call but it got me back on my feet again. What more can I say about a supportive team and would highly recommend Yoast and if you are new and need support then you will have paid for an excellent support team. Thank you Yoast and Mikheal
