AT&T could not be more predatory. When they want your business, you'll see them every single day. But when you are trying to leave their service, it will be near impossible to reach anyone. I have wasted so many hours of my life going back & forth with them, only to be given false transfer PINs and false account numbers. Additionally, they've had so many data breaches that I really don't trust them with my info. For nearly $100/month, you'd think I could at least receive good customer service. But all I've gotten is lies. Don't get sucked into their trap.
