Signed up, then realised it was going to be significantly more expensive than my current provider, assumed I'd get a pro rata refund - but no. Immediately customer service are quoting their terms and conditions, it's not really about the money, as soon as a company has a pre packaged response quoting T&C's you know they get this a lot. Clearly customer service isn't a priorityInteresting - when I ask CS I get nothing, suddenly when I post here they want to hear my concerns. Issue a refund please.
