Unimpressed.

Hi, we have been members of the NT for around 8 years, we continued our membership during the Covid lock downs, when many people cancelled because the attractions weren't open, so, I am rather shocked to find the trust trying to make up for lost revenue by overcharging on refreshments at parks, and even charging more to see recently opened additions to a property, this would be bad enough in normal times, but it's is particularly bad during the current economic climate.We're aware the price of tea and coffee etc have increased in price, but you even charge 15p for the use of a disposable cup on top of the £3.00 for a coffee. Not impressed, NT!
