Ongoing Dashboard Errors, Zero Accountability — Avoid for Business Use

I've been a paying GoDaddy customer for over 1.5 years. Since February 2025, I've experienced serious problems with my website dashboard — including inaccurate and misleading data for bookings, sales, and site visitors. These aren't minor glitches; they're core business metrics that I rely on to make informed decisions.So far this year, I’ve contacted GoDaddy more than 25 times. Each time, I’ve had to start from scratch with a new support rep who had no context or continuity, despite me sending detailed, clearly labeled screenshots showing the exact discrepancies. In many cases, the reps who requested these screenshots — including juan2807 and andrew5293 — never even bothered to follow up as they promised they would.One rep from the so-called “Advanced Technical Support team” (Taylor) told me to “recreate the issue” — even though the problem is clearly visible, persistent, and linked to all-time cumulative data.To make matters worse, each call has cost me an average of 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, with no resolution. That’s hours of lost productivity — while the issue remains unfixed.And the so-called "Advanced Technical Support" team? They’ve made some of the most generic and insulting suggestions I’ve ever heard:“Have you tried using a different browser.”“Clear your internet cookies.”“Contact your internet provider and ask them to reset your IP address.”What?? How does that resolve inaccurate sales and visitor data in a hosted CMS dashboard? Absolute clowns.Not once have I been offered a refund, a billing adjustment, or any meaningful form of accountability. I’ve remained professional and cooperative throughout — but it’s clear GoDaddy is more interested in deflecting than fixing.If you're a business owner who relies on accurate reporting, do not trust GoDaddy with your hosting or website tools. You're on your own when something breaks.

Rubbish Service

In my opinion the BBC is Biased, and provides poor quality programming the news is untrustworthy and most programs are delivered by presenters that are overpaid. The BBC attacked our most vulnerable citizens, Pensioners, after breaking its promise to honor the free license. Most pensioners cannot afford the disgusting fee and rely on thier TV for company. For some its thier only company. The program quality is poor, with left wing policies and full of repeats. It is about time this poor service was defunded and made to stand on its own 2 feet like the remainder of channels. Why should we be forced to pay for a service we do not use. The Christmas Sermons from the Vicar of dibley was the last straw for me poor quality, divisive and utterly woke !!! UTTER RUBBISH.

Fascist, manipulative, opinionated, what can you say really, threatening and abusive letters even when you don't have a TV, it's run by criminals with an agenda to brainwash.I mean the criminals and perverts it produces.And you still watch it and buy a TV licence, you should be ashamed of yourself, for supporting this whorehouses with no age limit.The BBC is responsible for producing some of the most despicable criminal scum on the planet, and you watch it!!!!

Customer service will not do anything for you, even if it was their mistake.

I was trying to place an order online, and when I submitted the order, it said it had failed. It turns out their website issue placed two of the same order. I am annoyed that their issue is giving me the errand of packing and shipping this order back. I contacted customer service and they told me to send the items back to get a refund. I expressed that this is annoying and not my mistake. But instead of contacting me further, they sent me an automated reply that didn't address my situation at all. I will no longer buy their products since they have no regard for their customers. I have read other reviews from people who had the same issue. I regret not reading their reviews before I placed an order. They were quick to ask me to return the items, but after that, there was no apology or refund.

I placed an order from 3 weeks for a gift for my friend a pair of slippers. Unfortunately, the size was too small, so I returned the slippers to request a larger size. The service I received was extremely poor. It took an unreasonably long time for your team to issue a new code so that I could place another order.Now, after waiting 2 weeks for the larger size, I was informed that the slippers are unavailable, even though they are still listed on your website. My friend is traveling next week, and I have not been able to give her the gift she was expecting. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I hope you take steps to address these service issues. I am waiting for you to send me the voucher of new code so that I can make another order and this will be the last time I order from you, or tell anyone to order from your website because you are the worst and the most unreliable to deal with i am very upset!!Worst bad customer service and website ever !!!

COMPLETELY AVOID, Kickstarter fails at due diligence

I have funded a number of projects and far too many are scams. They are scams because they have convinced KS to greenlight their project of which then unsuspecting backers fund under the understanding that KS has actually done the research on it properly. Quite often these are scams where there is a fake (usually US) company which isn't the case at all. When the project is funded, KS releases the money to the creator and you never hear from them again and will never get your money back. It is a shame as there is some great stuff being created by ethical people which is being obscured by pirates that KS cannot be bothered to do due diligence on. They SHOULD give backers much better and more visible information on the risk of the specific project and be GRADED ON RISK (ie rate based on whether the creator is based where they say they are (and provide social media links), how many successful projects have taken place, have they a good reputation on other crowdfunding sites, etc). In addition there should be an insurance doubling the threshold to greenlight a project so that if it is a scam then the backers can get some money back. The money can be released in phases to the creator to make sure the creator doesn't simply take the money and run. As KS is the payment gateway it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get your credit card company to get your money back as usually its long after 30 days of the transaction you find out it is a rip off and KS will do nothing to chase after your money. All KS says is to ask for your money back directly from the backer. HOW LIKELY IS A SCAMMER GOING TO VOLUNTARILY REFUND YOU?! Scammers use KS as legitimate cover as they are too risky for payment processors to offer them accounts so KS is the happy conduit of fraud. KS need to provide much better information and safeguards and be MUCH MORE EXPLICIT IN HIGH RISK PROJECTS/SCAMS as there is very little accountability. It is a shame as there is some great stuff being created that needs crowdfunding being drowned out by scammers and KS' ineptitude

Never ever order from flipkart it has all fake products and they domt even answer the call plus replacement and return is a big process and at the end you will waste your time and product won't get replaced I ordered like 10 products out of which 9 products where damaged and not same products the delivery boy doesn't come to doorstep for delivery and pick up boys waste time I wasted 45 mins with him standing outside my place and he wasn't allowed to take my product by some flipkart executive he asked me to again raise return request Dont we have any other work all we have to waste our time behind this?

ESPN will not allow you to DVR the game to your tv!

Amazing but true. You cannot use a dvr cable from your phone, computer or ipad to see the game on a real tv screen. Apparently ESPN thinks that viewing sports is an individual event!!! Can I just say how amazed I am that ESPN does not know its audience? Why would you not like me to connect my not terribly smart TV in my camper (or in multiple hotels) to my iPad? Why would you block me from doing this? It's not like I can feed an entire neighborhood or bar with the signal that way. My husband and I have to huddle around a tiny ipad to watch hockey because you've stupidly not allowed me to use a dvr cable from my iPad to a TV. Id*iots. Not worth and canceling. I'd rather listen to the hockey games on sirius/ xm radio.

I have made several orders during this year without any problem but the last one was a failure, and my conclusion is that we cannot rely on bol customer service.My last order was not delivered and according to the delivery company my address is not correct while I used the same for all my previous purchases.I have contacted bol customer service several times and each time they tell me to wait two days to check with the seller.Now two weeks have passed and I have neither received my order nor refunded.I called them again and I have to wait again.I'm very disappointed.------------------------------------------------------------Update:Refunded after 3 weeks from ordering date.

Incomplete tampered delivery

An expensive Item was removed from the package before delivery. Ordered 3 items, received only 2. Poor combined package ( CNMEX1021434438 ), it incentives tampering, it was only a resealable bag. Reordered the item from amazon. I no longer trust Cainiao delivery from AliExpress.EDIT: After a bunch of emails and doing everything AliExpress asked, I got a full refund. Too bad I already ordered the item elsewhere (more expensive 🥲). I hope AliExpress develop ways of fighting this bad practices when shipping combining packages.Thanks.

I booked with Agoda, is it a scam?

I booked with Agoda which turned out to be extremely unsatisfactory, so I requested a refund and to be checked out. The front desk did not understand me on account on the language barrier so I was sure Agoda would definitely help. I was very much wrong. Not only were they of little help, the agent really didn't even seem to care. The property was a obvious front/scam and all Agoda could do was NEGOTATE my refund from the hotel. They themselves could not do anything. This is when I realised Agoda has zero safety nets in place if a hotel scams you, because according to them they are not liable for anything after the booking including the safety or even the accuracy of the properties on their site.

Nonpay Version only adds. Not usable anymore. They only want paying costumers. They changed a lot since a year or so. Sad since the Brand Spotify was the number one for a whole music generation. I will switch to alternatives.
