Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Payment taken, no ticket issued, and zero customer support.On June 13th, I made a payment of €655.16 via Revolut to book a flight through Delta Air Lines’ official website. The payment went through on my banking app and is still marked as pending.To this day, I have received no booking confirmation, no email, no ticket number — absolutely nothing.I contacted every possible customer service channel: phone, social media, online forms. No one has helped or taken responsibility.Meanwhile, the flight price has gone up by more than €100, and I’m stuck with no ticket and my money frozen.For a major airline, this kind of complete customer service failure is unacceptable. I’ve lost time, money, and trust.Avoid booking directly with Delta if you value your time, money, or peace of mind.

Been using Calendly for quite some time to automate scheduling for my consultation sessions with my students. Love that I don't have to manage this manually. Set the date and time range, hook it up to Google Meet or Zoom, Calendly will handle the rest.

I was charged for a renewal the I was assured would not automatically renew. When writing my complaint to them, i had to check a box "confirming I’ve cancelled this website subscription and acknowledge that my request won’t be reviewed if the website subscription is still active” But I followed the "Learn how to cancel” link months ago and the steps weren’t coherent with the available options on the website! So how am I supposed to follow a guide that doesn’t ring true on the actual website? I am infuriated.I was thinking about designing another website with Squarespace, but now I am going to move to Wordpress as I feel cheated. I still haven’t got a refund or am I able to cancel subscription. I have never used the domain. What a waste of time and money.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I placed an order for next day delivery. Which did not happen. I contacted customer service to request reimbursement of this fee. Originally not to cancel order but to just ask for a refund for a service not rendered.After providing proof of crocs confirmation of order with their order # - the agent Jake T. stated I was providing wrong order # after proof provided directly from Crocs, then stated it wasn't Crocs fault if I ordered the wrong item - again after providing proof of confirmation from Crocs themselves. I then asked to cancel this order and I was refused!!! Not only is their Customer Service awful but not so bright either!

How can this company have 3 stars on…

How can this company have 3 stars on Trustpilot? They consistently sell products and don't deliver them. I paid over €40 for access to a test bank and no email (that was promised) ever arrived to allow access. Then they have ignored all contact via their hard to find customer support email address. Unbelievable. I'm so angry, I've contacted the IEDR (Ireland) to get them taken off DNS as fraudsters.

The universal receiver of my G602 mouse does not work anymore and Logitech support is refusing to provide me this part, Their response to my emails did not even make a sense. Simply asking me to buy the part from another seller? Then why did I buy this from Logitech?Their email is "Since your device is a end of manufacture product, we do not have any spare for the same. Hence request you to check with any third party reseller". Beware of this seller

Got suspended out of know where with no prior warning after my first sale. They just f***ing suspected a transfer and immediately closed my account JUST SUSSPECTED!!. Totally not recommended and a waste of time

If I could give 0 stars I would .Absolute rip off company . My wife booked a private gondela experience for 2 and paid £253.84 (€298.47) for a 30 minute tour .( we only actually got 20 minutes as well !!! )The actual price of the ride at the gondola station in Venice was €90 (£76.54)By booking online cost us an extra £177.30 (€208)I don’t expect any company to work for nothing but This is not just profeteering but a racket that should be investigated WARNING. You are better to go direct to the resort and go directly to the supplier than book through this internet supplier ** BE WARNED**

Ebay an absolute joke

Ebay an absolute joke. Gotten ridiculous for any seller that isn't massive. Frequently abused and misused by buyers that know they have no obligation to keep the item once they have bought it. According to eBay, a buyer who's been a member since 2025 and have 3 feedback has more to lose and takes mor risk operating on ebay that sellers with hatfuls of positive transactions and feedback at 100 positive.

Extremely Disappointed with Capital One's Service

am beyond frustrated with the abysmal service I’ve experienced with Capital One, and I feel compelled to share my story in the hopes that others will avoid this bank.On October 7, 2024, I sent a wire transfer from my Wells Fargo business account to a Capital One account owned by a well-known associate of mine, for a business-related service. The amount of the transfer was $25,000, which I confirmed was successfully received in my associate’s Capital One checking account. The account details are as follows:Account: - ending 5022Routing: 065000090Business Name: DEVZEKENTERPRISEE LLC.However, when my associate (the recipient) tried to withdraw the funds, he was informed that his account had been closed. Instead of accessing the funds, he was told that a check for the full amount would be mailed to him.My associate has since visited the Capital One branch multiple times to follow up, and each time he was told to simply “watch out for the check.” Over two months have passed, and he has still not received the check, nor has there been any communication or updates regarding this issue.This situation has turned into an absolute disaster for my business. The $25,000 was intended for crucial company development, and now I am facing severe delays and financial setbacks because of Capital One’s lack of action, poor communication, and utter disregard for customer service.I have personally visited Wells Fargo, and they confirmed that the transaction went through successfully from their side. Yet, Capital One has failed to provide the funds to my associate or offer any satisfactory solution. This is unacceptable.It is clear to me now that Capital One is incapable of handling basic banking operations, and I cannot recommend this bank to anyone who values their time, money, or business. I urge Capital One to resolve this issue immediately, although I have very little faith that they will do so in a timely or responsible manner.

This website is a scam. Books order a month ago, not shipped. Customer service form seems to go nowhere. No operable customer service number. They are owned by Amazon, so I tried getting a number through them. Fail. I wouldn't buy from them or their parent company, who refuses to take responsibility.

Bad customer service (thiefs)…

I wish I would have looked for ulta reviews before I ordered online. Customer service is terrible and corporate level isn’t any better. I guess they have become a 5 billion dollar company by stealing money from customers. I made a $190 order that was supposedly delivered on Jan 6th but I never received it. I have been dealing with them for 17 days and they don’t seem to care at all. Guest services says I have to talk to corporate about it and when I do they go off of it being marked as delivered but I never received it. I had to call three days in a row in order for corporate to contact me and when they do they don’t call instead they just leave a voicemail to reply to an email they sent never attempted to call they just give you a run around and avoid talking to you too because as much as they repeat they care about customer satisfaction they don’t and don’t care if they lose customers because they will just take money from others.
