I am diamond level. While on my recent Navigator cruise the crew interaction was extremely good after that everything fell apart. Reduced cabin service, almost non existent cabin amenities, terrible windjammer cuisine, poor main dining food, repetitive breakfast menu, etc. This is probably my last RCL cruise. Customers deserve the old RCL service level which had been excellent.

I had a horrible experience with a designer. I reported him to them and nothing was done about it. I left an honest review about my experience and the work provided and he went on google and yelp and spammed my business profile with bad reviews. I contacted 99 design to let them know and nothing was done and to top it off yelp and google won't remove the reviews. Be very careful with that site!! the designer was "Arteam_design" I was told by him that building my site would take 3 weeks. took 6 months to complete. and I was never provided the final files as promised in the contract.

Do not purchase anything large from this company. I ordered a six drawer dresser and it came in with incorrect screw holes that made three of the drawers stick out and not close I called customer service and was told I can get a replacement but I have to return the damaged one. This had already been put together and I have no truck to transport it to FedEx the lady was very rude she said there was no option available to not return this or got it to be picked up. She told me to take it all apart and carry all the pieces to FedEx and they would box it. That is a good thing because I can’t even pick up the box by myself. Then the email comes in With the return label and it says I have to package the return so in other words go x!*^ yourself we are not going to work with you at all. I have never been treated so badly like I want to keep a broken dresser anyway

It’s about excellent above and beyond service from Gtech customer service. I bought AirRam 29 and couldn’t fix it handle. Rang their support, told my arthritis hand problem and viola they sent me a new fitted handle by DPD next day. Can you believe it . Such great service. I’m their customer from past as well but now I’m forever their customer. I’m speechless and very thankful for what they did for me . Take a bow

I am so upset by the treatment I received in the Oxford store. I was returning a jumper I had bought my husband for Christmas. The jumper was unworn, in perfect condition with all the tags except the price, which I had removed as it was a present. Despite this, I was refused an exchange as I had removed the price. This is a rule I have NEVER come across before-. We were ready to exchange the jumper for goods in excess of the receipt amount and were therefore ready to spend more in the shop. As a result of this rule we have a jumper which cost £70 which we can't exchange. I will never shop there again.

The site is constantly breaking. Pins and boards randomly disappear. They have no customer support because all you get is an automated email when you ask for help. You can't respond to the email because the email servers reject all incoming emails.

Some of them have tried to take my artwork and publish it on other platforms
