I wish I would have looked for ulta reviews before I ordered online. Customer service is terrible and corporate level isn’t any better. I guess they have become a 5 billion dollar company by stealing money from customers. I made a $190 order that was supposedly delivered on Jan 6th but I never received it. I have been dealing with them for 17 days and they don’t seem to care at all. Guest services says I have to talk to corporate about it and when I do they go off of it being marked as delivered but I never received it. I had to call three days in a row in order for corporate to contact me and when they do they don’t call instead they just leave a voicemail to reply to an email they sent never attempted to call they just give you a run around and avoid talking to you too because as much as they repeat they care about customer satisfaction they don’t and don’t care if they lose customers because they will just take money from others.
