What could be worse than Mailchimp...? Can't think of much! Terrible experience after using it for over a year. Way overpriced, poor integration, fake chat bot service and no answers from support, and a completely psychotic woke company that is totally GONE! I have already told everyone I know not to use this god awful program from this disgusting company

TBF, when the sales person insisted on coming to see my empty gallery to show and sell me a Clover System, I was quite impressed with the service and machine but really didn't want to be forced to buy that day. And only thought I was applying for the one month free trial (special offer was ending that day) I have proof emails asking them not to go through with the sale, simply because I wasn't due to open the shop and gallery for at least 3-4 months. This being because .... a) at the time I was due to have a very serious operation, and had to put business on hold for at least a 2 month recovery period.
b) I hadn't even ordered any stock.
c) I was still querying the £200 deposit I had to pay up front for the free 1 month period (which I was told at the time £200 was for insurance purposes??)
Well to my amazement and disappointment the clover was sent to me a week before my operation and £200 taken out of my bank which left me terribly overdrawn as I didn't have the funds yet??
The stress this caused me before my operation, was and is unforgivable!! and put me an extra month back to get up and running..
I've been fighting this battle with Clover and First Data for 6 months now, and I've been asking for them to take the system back ever since as i just don't feel like I can trust them.
the Clover system and first Data machine has been sitting in its box unopened, as they now want me to pay a cancellation fee of £200?? I'm now told that the fee is for First Data and the deposit was actually a joining fee for First Data??
i'm sure its a great tool to have for a small business like mine, but I'v not had great customer service and still waiting for clover to collect... and to top things of they charging me while its not even been registered or even plugged in. I really wish this could end now, as the stress is too much!

This company is a scam , signed with them and did a $3000,00 sales on April 1 and until now I have not received funds ,called several times and they say that takes two business days to reply .The funds was held by risk management the asked for my personal bank statement and business statement,business lisence ,10 days a go I was told that I need to have the sales amount in my bank account in case if there is a problem .They got the money from my costumer on April first today 4/26 they still have it .Now the sales person sent me an e mail saying that I need to refund it to my costumer what I gladly did also canceled my acct with them .Stay away from this company if you are small business ! Horrible costumer service and used my money for a month I still don’t have it .Hopefully my costumer will get it .Scammers ! They charged my bank acct $16 I have no idea what for ! They have done nothing for me .Already called my bank and put a stop payment to any charges from them .HORRIBLE!

It has almost 2 weeks since I have been able to play this game The Crew they are making me do stupid things like downgrade to Windows 10 and other things I have shown them the receipt that I bought the game I gave them my account Info and they still do not know how to fix this it is very bad response time it has been taking up top 72 hours for them to respond to me just to say the same thing they have said before and they refuse to contact someone that knows what they are doing.

So the articles and benefits were a but rubbish and when cancelling its a whole selling point.I finally jwrote an email cancelling. They said I had to call. 1 complaint about their prejudice services towards hard of hearing people they cancelled and offered me 1 month refund. Even though I wrote to cancel 6 months ago So I've escalated my complaint as I have a right to cancel my complaint in writing. I do not have to call and I want a refund for all the extra months I've paid.It shouldn't be difficult to cancel a subscription service you are not using.

Worse company.. wife’s been charged £109 for reading one book! She cancelled the free subscription yet still got charged.. they blocked her account after taking the money and the help system said they can’t do anything! Scandalous, scam and completely unacceptable! Should be ashamed of themselves!

I was charged two nights at a hotel for a one night booking. Customer service said they would work with the hotel to resolve the issue. Instead I got an email saying that they could not issue a refund because the hotel refused to waive the cancellation fee. There was no cancellation fee at issue here. It was simply a matter of being charged for a night I did not book. I responded by email but got nowhere So I went back to customer service and they requested all the same information I had provided a few days earlier. I am still waiting for this to resolve.

WORST COMPANY IVE EVER ORDERED FROM, PERIOD!!!! THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND NEVER REFUNDED IT BACK TO ME WHEN ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS CANCELED MY ORDER. I TALKED TO THE SUPER VISOR LIKE 5 TIMES . THEY PROMISED TO REACH BACK TO ME WHICH THEY NEVER DID. I CALLED AND CALLED AND THEY JUST KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND LIKE IT WAS A GAME TO THEM. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PISSED OFF IN MY LIFE WITH A COMPANY. I TOLD MY GIRLFRIEND NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND SHE DID BECAUSE OF POINTS AND THE ORDER WAS WRONG. I CALLED THEM ONCE AGAIN AND THEY STILL COULDNT FIX THAT ORDER. LUCKILY I TALKED TO THE PEOPLE AT MCDONALDS AND THEY GAVE ME BOTH MY ORDERS AND FREE STUFF. WE ARE GONNA BE TALKING WITH THE OWNER OPORATOR AT MCDONALDS SO THEY CAN SEE IF THEY ARE GONNA BRING THIS SITUATION FURTHER. ID GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD BUT I HOPE TO SPREAD THE WORD TO EVERYONE I KNOW BECAUSE ID HATE FOR SOMEONE TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH WHAT I HAVE DELT WITH. To be honest this doesn't happen very often but when it does it is EXTREMELY frustrating!The delivery driver said " Parcel was handed to resident "Possibly he or she handed to A resident but it wasn't the right resident!!Now I have to wait 24hrs before they take any action!Parcel not received, delivery driver is a liar & it's the customer who has all the grief! Not impressed In all fairness to Amazon they responded and refunded me within an hour :) So, I am changing from a 1 star to a 3 no more as the driver lied.
