So the articles and benefits were a but rubbish and when cancelling its a whole selling point.I finally jwrote an email cancelling. They said I had to call. 1 complaint about their prejudice services towards hard of hearing people they cancelled and offered me 1 month refund. Even though I wrote to cancel 6 months ago So I've escalated my complaint as I have a right to cancel my complaint in writing. I do not have to call and I want a refund for all the extra months I've paid.It shouldn't be difficult to cancel a subscription service you are not using.
