This company is a scam , signed with them and did a $3000,00 sales on April 1 and until now I have not received funds ,called several times and they say that takes two business days to reply .The funds was held by risk management the asked for my personal bank statement and business statement,business lisence ,10 days a go I was told that I need to have the sales amount in my bank account in case if there is a problem .They got the money from my costumer on April first today 4/26 they still have it .Now the sales person sent me an e mail saying that I need to refund it to my costumer what I gladly did also canceled my acct with them .Stay away from this company if you are small business ! Horrible costumer service and used my money for a month I still don’t have it .Hopefully my costumer will get it .Scammers ! They charged my bank acct $16 I have no idea what for ! They have done nothing for me .Already called my bank and put a stop payment to any charges from them .HORRIBLE!
